Joe Biden’s presidency is hanging by a thread.
The fate of Biden’s political fortunes rests in just a few hands.
And now a key senator let people know the one thing that could cause them to ruin Joe Biden.
Democrats are still trying to ram a $1.75 trillion socialist spending bill that creates new welfare entitlements and job-killing Green New Deal regulatory regimes.
But since Chuck Schumer wants to push the bill through the Senate using the reconciliation process to end-run a GOP filibuster all 50 Senate Democrats must be on board.
Democrats realized they had a problem when Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema refused to say she would vote for the bill.
CNN asked Sinema if she was prepared to vote for Joe Biden’s $1.75 trillion socialist spending blowout.
Sinema ducked the question and refused to commit to voting yes on the centerpiece of Joe Biden’s far-left agenda.
“I am always prepared to vote and to vote for what’s right for the interests of Arizona,” Sinema told CNN.
Sinema also told CNN that she announced her opposition to the $3.5 trillion version of the socialist spending bill because it included trillions of dollars in job-killing and economy-crippling tax increases.
“I won’t support any legislation that increases burdens on Arizona or American businesses and reduces our ability to compete either domestically or globally,” Sinema added. “That’s one of the reasons I said I wasn’t able to support a $3.5 trillion bill.”
Even Biden’s claimed $1.75 trillion costs trillions more than Biden claims.
An analysis by the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School found that if all the socialist welfare programs became permanent the bill’s true cost would rise to nearly $5 trillion.
And that is a major concern for Sinema and other swing seat Democrats as Joe Biden fired up the Federal Reserve printing machine to dump trillions of new dollars into the system to fund the blue state bailout bill Democrats passed back in March.
Biden’s big government spending binge devalued the dollar and sent inflation spiraling out of control with prices rising by 6.2 percent in October – the largest jump since 1991.
“Inflation is a real problem in our country right now,” Simena told CNN adding, “I want to make sure that if we are crafting legislation, we are doing it in a lean and efficient way that is fiscally responsible and doesn’t impact things like inflation or make our businesses less competitive.”
Democrat senators like Sinema and West Virginia’s Joe Manchin spent the last several months pumping the brakes on the socialist spending bill.
They have to win elections in states where the brainchild of Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not popular.
Democrats viewed passing this massive socialist welfare bill as the key to turning around Joe Biden’s sagging poll numbers and rescuing Democrat control of both houses of Congress next year.
But Kyrsten Sinema knows this socialist spending package could ignite fearsome backlash against Democrats in swing seats and is holding her cards close to the vest and leaving herself wiggle room to ultimately oppose the bill if necessary.
