America honored the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks where radical Islamic terrorists murdered 3,000 Americans.
Not every Democrat is taking the occasion seriously.
And one top Democrat just insulted the police with this sick 9/11 insult.
Pennsylvania Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman made a rare campaign appearance on September 11.
But Fetterman – who is clearly impaired and not well after suffering a serious stroke – attended a Planned Parenthood pro-abortion event on 9/11 featuring an activist named Alexis McGill Johnson who supports defunding the police.
Fox News reports:
John Fetterman, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, will hold a rally on the anniversary of 9/11 with Planned Parenthood featuring an activist who pushed for defunding police.
Fetterman announced this week that Planned Parenthood would hold a Women for Fetterman event with Planned Parenthood Action Fund President Alexis McGill Johnson, who said in 2020 that “we must keep demanding change, including the call to defund the police.”
The event will highlight Fetterman’s support for abortion, and the description for the rally says the “stakes for reproductive freedom in Pennsylvania have never been higher. That’s why this rally is so important. The more people who come out to this event, the stronger our campaign’s message for reproductive freedom will be.”
Seventy-one heroic police officers gave their lives on September 11, 2001, trying to rescue innocent New Yorkers trapped in the World Trade Center.
And on the 21st anniversary of 9/11 John Fetterman is spending time with an activist that dishonors their sacrifice at an event hosted by a group whose number one purpose is the taking of innocent human life.
As Breonna Taylor's murder shows, policing does not equal safety.
We must keep demanding change, including the call to defund the police, which means investing in community-based solutions, education, and health care — instead of militarizing police forces.

Polls show Fetterman’s Republican challenger Dr. Mehmet Oz closing the gap.
Fetterman led by double digits this summer but new data shows Dr. Oz down by just four points.
That owes in large part to the fact that Fetterman stands accused of lying to the public about his health.
Fetterman claims he is healthy enough to campaign again and attend fundraisers, but refuses to debate Dr. Oz.
That’s because Fetterman’s handlers are terrified that Fetterman’s cognitive impairment will become apparent.
But that’s not the only reason the race is close.
Fetterman supports releasing one third of prisoners, ending life sentences for murderers and legalizing heroin.
Crime is a major issue in this campaign.
And Fetterman disrespecting the memory of police officers killed in the line of duty on 9/11 to spend time with a “defund the police” activist will ensure that Fetterman’s soft-on-crime agenda remains front and center for the rest of the campaign.
