Adam Schiff might have made the final mistake of his life.
And it’s going to cost him his career.
In fact, Adam Schiff just learned of his tragic fate from an unlikely source.
It turns out that shamelessly lying to the public and promoting yourself isn’t a guarantee for political success.
That was the miscalculation Adam Schiff made.
He believed he could spew nonsense on MSNBC and use that to catapult himself to even greater political power.
That’s why he decided to run for Senate in California after the aging Dianne Feinstein announced she’d be stepping down.
However, in order to run for Senate, Schiff has to give up his seat in the House, which is a tremendous risk for him.
Several other ambitious Democrats have jumped in the race for Feinstein’s seat and things are visibly falling apart for Adam Schiff’s campaign.
According to the Sacramento Bee, “Schiff has much going for him in the race to replace retiring Sen. Dianne Feinstein. He’s a strong fundraiser, a D.C. Democratic star endorsed by House Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, and, of course, an outspoken foe of the former president.”
“However, many Californians probably know relatively little about the Los Angeles-area congressman.”
“Now he faces an uphill battle to win over Golden State voters in a competitive race against two House colleagues: Rep. Katie Porter of Orange County and Rep. Barbara Lee of Oakland. The top two vote-getters in the March 5 primary advance to the general election.”
Porter and Lee are both big Democrat names in California politics.
They are extreme leftists just like Schiff but – unlike Schiff – they’re doing the dirty work of building networks and rapport with voters in the state instead of spending all their time on MSNBC.
According to Spencer Kimball from Emerson College polling, “His [Schiff’s] energy is not with younger voters. They’re with Katie Porter now.”
That’s because most young voters don’t sit in front of cable news all day – which is where Adam Schiff practically lives.
If Schiff doesn’t pull a win in this primary, his career will be over.
But that’s what happens when you build a reputation based on lies. Eventually people figure out who you really are and lose trust.
