There is one impeachment witness who could take Adam Schiff down.
There are questions about criminal collusion with Adam Schiff that need to be answered.
Adam Schiff was left speechless when he was asked one basic legal question.
Adam Schiff has been lying his head off when it comes to impeachment.
But most of his lies have tended to focus around one person.
It has been widely reported that the whistleblower is Eric Ciaramella, who is a career CIA analyst who worked in the White House under Obama.
He was Biden’s point man on Ukraine at the time when the Vice President was working to get one of Ukraine’s top prosecutors fired, allegedly because the prosecutor was investigating Hunter Biden.
Eric Ciaramella also has a close personal friendship with one of Schiff’s key aides, Sean Misko.
It doesn’t end there – the whistleblower went to Schiff’s office illegally with his information before filing his official report.
Adam Schiff is trying to keep the public in the dark about all these facts which is why he is spouting a bunch of silly lies that no one believes.
Adam Schiff says that he doesn’t know who the whistleblower is.
Everyone knows who the whistleblower is.
The Democrats are just pretending that it is important to keep the whistleblower’s identity a secret because it’s the only excuse they can use to keep him from testifying.
Rep. Mike Conaway challenged Adam Schiff to show him the legal grounds he was using to protect the whistleblower.
According to the Washington Examiner:
Rep. Mike Conaway told House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff during the public impeachment hearings that he wanted to know the legal grounds on which Schiff refused to allow the naming of the whistleblower.
“Mr. Chairman, I would like, as a personal request, I request that you and/or one of your lawyers, one of the members of the committee, put into the record the federal statute that provides for the absolute immunity, right to immunity, that you’ve exerted over and over and over,” the Texas Republican said Tuesday. “I don’t think it’s there, but if it is, in fact, a federal statute and/or a brief that you can cite, put that in the record so that we’ll know that.”
Conaway then urged Schiff not to get angry with him and accuse him of wanting to out the whistleblower, saying, “I get upset every time you … accuse me, simply because I want to know the whistleblower, and I want to know what’s going on, that we want to out that individual. That’s unfair for you to make that accusation, and I get just as mad. This is about leveling the playing field between our two teams.”
If the whistleblower was a well-intentioned citizen who would help their case, the Democrats would have him testifying before Congress in a heartbeat.
They are protecting the identity of the whistleblower because this impeachment isn’t to find justice, it’s to make the Democrats look good before the election in 2020.
Do you think that the Democrats should allow the whistleblower to testify before Congress even if it makes them look bad?
