Hunter Biden’s always been Joe Biden’s biggest liability.
That scandal is not going away anytime soon.
And all hell is about to break loose over what prosecutors are about to do to Hunter Biden.
Delaware United States Attorney David Weiss led the ongoing criminal investigation into Hunter Biden since its inception several years ago.
Because of Justice Department guidelines, federal prosecutors will not file charges in cases that could determine the outcome of elections close to voting.
That led to CNN reporting that Weiss and his prosecutors are at a now-or-never moment to indict Hunter Biden.
However, the prosecutors are considering charges beyond the tax fraud and money laundering charges related to Hunter Biden’s foreign businesses in Communist China and Ukraine.
Additionally, the prosecutors are debating charging Hunter Biden with making false statements on a federal background check form where Biden falsely claimed he was not using illegal drugs in 2018 when Hunter Biden purchased a firearm.
In fact, Hunter Biden was an admitted drug user at the time and his laptop included videos of Biden allegedly using drugs and arguing with Russian prostitutes.
CNN reported:
While no final decision has been made on whether to bring charges against President Joe Biden’s son, sources say the probe has intensified in recent months along with discussions among Delaware-based prosecutors, investigators running the probe and officials at Justice Department headquarters.
David Weiss, the US Attorney in Delaware, is leading the probe, which dates back to as early as 2018.
Discussions recently have centered around possibly bringing charges that could include alleged tax violations and making a false statement in connection with Biden’s purchase of a firearm at a time he would have been prohibited from doing so because of his acknowledged struggles with drug addiction.
The contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop provided key evidence in the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.
But when the New York Post attempted to publish stories about the evidence of alleged pay-to-play and corruption contained on Hunter Biden’s laptop the Biden campaign spread the Big Lie that the laptop was Russian disinformation.
Twitter and Facebook dutifully responded and censored the Post’s reporting.
After the election Hunter Biden confirmed he was under criminal investigation and news outlets finally admitted the contents of the laptop were real.
The corporate media wanted to suppress the laptop story because it raised serious questions about Joe Biden’s ethics and potential criminal exposure.
Joe Biden said he never discussed business with Hunter Biden.
There is no way that is true.
Hunter Biden met with Joe Biden when Joe Biden was vice president 30 times after Hunter Biden returned from a foreign business trip.
These meetings blow Joe Biden’s denial out of the water about how he never talked business with Hunter Biden.
And they raise questions about Joe Biden’s level of involvement in what could amount to potentially criminal financial dealings.
