Fox News ousted top-rated host Tucker Carlson.
No one saw this massive shake-up coming.
And Fox News fired Tucker Carlson after Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez made this demand.
On April 23rd Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sat for an interview with former White House press secretary Jen Psaki for Psaki’s MSNBC show.
During the interview Ocasio-Cortez demanded Joe Biden impose regulations banning Carlson from the air and censoring conservative media by falsely claiming Carlson helped incite the events of January 6.
“I believe that when it comes to broadcast television, like Fox News, these are subject to federal law, federal regulation in terms of what’s allowed on air and what isn’t. When you look at what Tucker Carlson and some of these other folks on Fox do, it is very, very clearly incitement of violence, very clearly incitement of violence. That is the line that I think we have to be willing to contend with,” Ocasio-Cortez declared.
Twenty-four hours later, Carlson was out at Fox News with some outlets reporting that Fox News founder Rupert Murdoch’s breaking point was Carlson’s coverage of January 6 where Carlson accused the FBI of using undercover informants to help instigate what took place at the Capitol.
“Murdoch was tired of Tucker Carlson’s conspiracy theories about the January 6, 2021 riots at the Capitol,” Insider reported.
Ocasio-Cortez posted a video to social media cheering Carlson’s firing.
“Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News. Couldn’t have happened to a better guy,” Ocasio-Cortez declared.
Without citing any evidence Ocasio-Cortez accused Carlson of “driving some of the most amounts of death threats and violent threats not just to my office but to plenty of people across the country.”
Carlson did make Ocasio-Cortez the butt of many jokes due to Carlson believing Ocasio-Cortez to be an intellectual lightweight.
But Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez also know that both Democrats and Republicans get death threats — which no one should ever have to deal with — but that the media will publicize those received by Democrats to hype the false narrative that the right is driving political violence in America.
And then in a frightening moment Ocasio-Cortez ripped the mask off completely and celebrated targeted cancel culture campaigns boasting that “de-platforming works and it is important.”

Ocasio-Cortez and other Democrats believe they can weaponize the government against conservatives by declaring speech that embarrasses or contradicts the left as violence.
And Fox News is inviting Ocasio-Cortez and her allies to ramp up their pressure campaign by giving in to the years-long effort by the left to force Carlson off the air.
