Attorney General Merrick Garland and Joe Biden weaponized the FBI to take down Donald Trump as part of a plan to hand the 2024 election to Democrats.
But Donald Trump got help from an unexpected source.
And Barack Obama did Donald Trump this huge favor that no one saw coming.
The FBI search warrant of Mar-a-Lago revealed Attorney General Garland was investigating Trump for mishandling classified information under the Espionage Act.
But Donald Trump’s offense revealed that Attorney General Garland was already on a failed fishing expedition.
Trump officials told Just the News that President Trump issued a standing order that any document he took with him to the residence was automatically declassified.
“As we can all relate to, everyone ends up having to bring home their work from time to time. American presidents are no different. President Trump, in order to prepare for work the next day, often took documents including classified documents from the Oval Office to the residence,” Just the News exclusively reported.
“He had a standing order that documents removed from the Oval Office and taken into the residence were deemed to be declassified,” Just the News also reported. “The power to classify and declassify documents rests solely with the President of the United States. The idea that some paper-pushing bureaucrat, with classification authority delegated BY THE PRESIDENT, needs to approve of declassification is absurd.”
Just the News said the Trump officials said this order was widely known across the administration.
“I don’t know anyone or anything that disputes that,” Just the News reported the Trump official stating.
The president has exclusive and sweeping power to declassify documents.
Normally there is a process for government officials to declassify documents.
But in 2009 Barack Obama signed Executive Order 13526 which exempted the president from the declassification process.
“Information originated by the incumbent President or the incumbent Vice President; the incumbent President’s White House Staff or the incumbent Vice President’s Staff; committees, commissions, or boards appointed by the incumbent President; or other entities within the Executive Office of the President that solely advise and assist the incumbent President is exempted from the provisions of paragraph (a) of this section,” Obama’s executive order read.
The search warrant Garland authorized was the type of broad, general warrant that the Founders tried to outlaw with the Fourth Amendment protections against illegal search and seizure.
Warrants are supposed to be specific and narrow in scope.
The FBI warrant Garland signed allowed the FBI strike force to search for any document or memento from Donald Trump’s first day in office to Trump’s last.
That allowed the FBI to go on a fishing expedition to try and dig up anything the Biden administration can use to criminally charge Trump and stop him from running for president.
That’s why the FBI settled on this nonsensical charge that President Trump mishandled classified documents.
And it turns out the documents were not even classified to begin with as Trump used the authority granted to him by Barack Obama to declassify the documents.
