At this point, CNN is nothing more than a dedicated anti-Trump network.
They jump at every opportunity to attack the President, no matter what he’s doing.
And they just crossed the line and said something unthinkable about Trump.
Fake news anchors at CNN are working overtime to push insane lies about President Trump’s policies on the border.
They push outlandish claims about children being held in cages, and about how Trump is building concentration camps to house illegal immigrants on a constant basis.
None of this is true, but the fake news network doesn’t care.
And in a recent segment, CNN anchors Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo took things a step further.
Their message was simple, anybody who supports securing the border is a “xenophobe,” and that President Trump is killing people.
The segment began with Cuomo and Lemon painting an untrue picture about the border.
“People are coming over and risking their lives because they want to have a better life,” Lemon said. “They want to have what America offers.”
Lemon proceeded to complain that people “twist this into [claiming] they shouldn’t be bringing their kids over anyway.”
Lemon then took things a step further, claiming that anybody who believes this, and opposes illegal immigration needs to pray to God to “soften their heart”:
“If you’re saying that to yourself, what a terrible sentiment to have. Get on your knees tonight and ask for guidance how to feel about this issue and ask God to soften your heart; or to at least speak to you about who you have become as a human being.”
It is at this point that Cuomo hopped into the discussion to pile onto the anti-conservative hate.
Cuomo begins by ranting about how those who support secure borders are “xenophobic,” and that they come to their position out of fear:
“I get the big stick, I get the xenophobia, I get the fear of someone saying I’ll tell you why things are harder for you, I’ll tell you why it’s harder to make ends meet. It’s because we’re taking care of people like this.”
Their rambling went on, with Lemon even going so far as to state that arguments against open borders are “bulls***.”
But all of their crazy arguments are nothing compared to what Cuomo had to say next.
He brought up the picture of an illegal immigrant father and his daughter drowning near the U.S. Mexico border, trying to tie it to President Trump:
“But I’ll tell you, when we get to a point, man, when we get to a point man where you look at a dead kid and a daddy and you say that’s on them. That’s a cold place that I don’t want to be and I don’t get it.”
In reality, President Trump never stated that their death is “on them.”
He argued that it is the weak borders championed by the Democrat Party that eventually led to their deaths.
The father was not an “asylum seeker,” but instead an economic migrant.
None of the arguments Democrats push about “asylum” apply in this case.
But CNN doesn’t care and will use any opportunity to attack Trump, even using the death of a father and daughter.
