CNN didn’t know what they were getting into when they viciously attacked Donald Trump.
It backfired on them immediately.
CNN heard two words on Obamagate that destroyed their cover-up.
The Democrats are really mad that Trump is speaking up for reopening churches.
The pandemic lockdowns are becoming absolutely outrageous.
The idea when the lockdowns started was to make sure that the hospital systems didn’t get overwhelmed.
The data has shown that the coronavirus is not as deadly as it was feared to be and that the heat seems to make it far less transmissible.
The right to worship and gather are included in the Constitution and yet Democrats want to keep small businesses and worship services closed.
There’s no way for Democrats to legally support a continued lockdown when the medical system isn’t in danger.
Yet Democrats pounced on White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, asking her many pointed questions on why Trump was allowing the churches to reopen.
McEnany turned their questions around and accused the White House press corps of “journalistic malpractice” for focusing on churches reopening while they were ignoring the Obama scandals.
“Many of our journalists are great men and women of faith and differing faiths, whether it be the Jewish faith, the Christian faith, the Muslim faith,” McEnany explained to Fox News. “What I was saying was, I was asked 11 questions as to why churches would be allowed to reopen. … I’ve never been asked why a liquor store was essential, so I was merely pointing that out.”
McEnany feels that journalists’ motives are not above being questioned given the way they try to avoid any news coverage that places Democrats in a negative light.
CNN actively reported that the Obama unmasking scandal and the Flynn controversy were conspiracy theories that were created by Trump to discredit Biden.
“Journalism is a great and noble profession. But there’s been a dearth of journalists asking the real questions for President Obama, the criminal leak of Michael Flynn’s identity, who leaked that identity, the dossier which was used to launch a three-year investigation into this president and spy on his campaign — why aren’t those questions being asked?” McEnany continued.
“It’s journalistic malpractice not to ask those questions … but where is the lack of curiosity from the current press?” she added.
McEnany has quickly become known for being willing to turn reporters’ questions back at them.
When she was asked if she had downplayed the coronavirus threat, she threw the question right back at them.
“I guess I would turn the question back on the media and ask similar questions,” she said. “Does Vox want to take back that they proclaimed that the coronavirus would not be a deadly pandemic? Does the Washington Post want to take back that they told Americans to get a grip, the flu is bigger than the coronavirus?”
The hypocrisy of the mainstream is startling. The American people should demand that their journalism be held to a higher standard.
