Donald Trump Jr. is the president’s most vocal son by far.
He believes in the same America first agenda, and proudly works to support it.
And he just said one thing that destroyed an entire day of work for CNN.
CNN’s Suspicious Package Coverage
When a series of suspicious packages were sent to left-wing figures, CNN went nuts.
One went to George Soros, another went to the Clintons, and a third arrived at CNN headquarters.
After CNN was evacuated, they all continued work on the sidewalk.
And they wasted no time figuring out who did it.
They were blaming President Trump due to his anti-CNN statements.
Because Trump has been critical of CNN, it was enough to blame this horrible crime on him.
When in reality there was no evidence presented.
All that they knew is there was a suspicious package.
But that was enough to create an anti-Trump story.
A CNN Reporter Goes All Out
CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta is well known to the president.
Being the CNN reporter who spends the most time at the White House, he has become a target of many of Trump’s anti-CNN statements.
They always come in response to CNN attacking him first, which often is the work of Acosta.
So when the suspicious packages began rolling in, Acosta was happy to blame the president.
At a Wisconsin rally, Acosta remarked about Trump’s response to the suspicious packages, saying:
“Trump talked about the bombs sent to former public officials at his rally in Wisconsin. But once again he didn’t mention CNN.”
So he’s upset that he didn’t mention the network he works at.
But Acosta wasn’t done.
He also placed blame on the president for the packages, saying:
“On top of all that he criticized the “media” for coverage he doesn’t like. And, of course, he took no responsibility for his own rhetoric.”
It is this statement that set Donald Trump Jr. off.
Don Jr. Responds To CNN
In response to CNN, Donald Trump Jr. brought up their inconsistencies.
CNN has attacked the Trump family at a level no other presidential family has faced.
So Donald Trump Jr. brought that up, saying:
“Jim, did you or your colleagues take any responsibility for your rhetoric in constantly calling my family Racists and Nazis for 2 years when my wife actually opened an exploding envelope of white powder intended for me?”
He also brought up his brother Eric, who recently revealed that every member of the Trump family receives death threats.
This statement clearly lays out the problem with CNN.
They constantly attack the president and paint him as evil.
But as soon as he fires back they attack him as dictator for “silencing the media.”
The media has been extremely unfair to President Trump.
By every metric, he is doing a fantastic job on the economy.
And instead of mentioning that, CNN would rather blame him for a suspicious package sent to their headquarters.
