Donald Trump just wanted justice.
But he learned a lesson the hard way.
And that’s because Donald Trump suffered a massive defeat to Hillary Clinton that will leave you red with rage.
Last March, Donald Trump filed a $24 million lawsuit alleging 31 individuals engaged in a RICO conspiracy to destroy his campaign and presidency by pushing the Russia collusion hoax.
Trump named James Comey, the Clinton campaign, Clinton campaign lawyers, Big Tech, the federal government, and others as part of “a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Presidential Election in favor of Hillary Clinton.”
Trump found out that no matter how much the truth may be on your side the swamp will close ranks to protect its own.
Bill Clinton appointed Judge Donald Middlebrooks who threw out the lawsuit and charged Trump and his attorney Alina Habba $937,989.39 in attorneys’ fees as a sanction.
Middlebrooks then launched into a rant attacking the case and Trump for bringing it.
“Thirty-one individuals and entities were needlessly harmed in order to dishonestly advance a political narrative. A continuing pattern of misuse of the courts by Mr. Trump and his lawyers undermines the rule of law, portrays judges as partisans, and diverts resources from those who have suffered actual legal harm,” Middlebrooks wrote.
“This case should never have been brought. Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it,” Middlebrooks ranted. “Intended for a political purpose, none of the counts of the amended complaint stated a cognizable legal claim,” Middlebrooks added.
To this day, no one has faced accountability for the Russian collusion hoax.
None of the Deep State conspirators at the highest levels of the FBI and CIA faced criminal prosecution and jail time.
Special counsel John Durham struck out at every turn.
Durham won a guilty plea from FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith for doctoring an email to help win a FISA warrant to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
Yet a judge refused to sentence Clinesmith to prison.
Durham charged Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann and researcher Igor Danchenko — who was a major source for the Steele dossier — with making false statements to the FBI.
But juries in Washington, D.C. — filled with Hillary Clinton supporters and drawn from a pool in a city where Clinton and Biden won over 90 percent of the vote — acquitted Sussmann and Danchenko.
And now with a Clinton-appointed judge throwing out Trump’s lawsuit there will be no consequences for the Clinton campaign and the Deep State orchestrating the greatest political crime in American history.
