Two Republicans stabbed their own party in the back with the way they handled the election.
And President Trump isn’t going to let them get away with it.
Donald Trump made a vow that made these Republican traitors quake with fear.
On Monday, President Donald Trump held a political rally to help Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler win reelection in Georgia.
He praised them both as “fighters” who deserved to stay in the Senate.
“I don’t do rallies for other people. I do them for me,” he said, adding, “I wouldn’t do it unless I loved them both.”
However there are other Georgia Republicans that Trump is planning to campaign against in the future.
“I’m going to be here in a year and a half and I’m going to be campaigning against your governor and your crazy secretary of state, that I can tell you,” Trump said.
Georgia Republicans Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger will be up for reelection in 2022.
“Your governor and your secretary of state, they’re petrified of Stacey Abrams. What’s that all about?” Trump asked.
Trump noted their uncertain loyalty as they were unwilling to thoroughly investigate voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
“I don’t know. They say they’re Republicans, I really don’t think they are. They can’t be,” Trump said.
Audio of a phone call between Raffensperger and Trump was leaked to The Washington Post on Sunday where Trump accused Raffensperger of being unwilling to revisit the issue of voter fraud.
“To have a statewide elected official, regardless of party, tape without disclosing a conversation, a private conversation, with the president of the United States and then leaking it to the press is disgusting,” Perdue said.
Raffensperger is upset that Sen. Perdue called for him to resign.
“Sen. Perdue still owes my wife an apology for all the death threats she got after he asked for my resignation,” Raffensperger told Fox News host Martha MacCallum on Monday. “I have not heard a peep from that man since. If he wants to call me … I’ll talk to him off the record. But he hasn’t done that.”
After leaking a private conversation with the President for the world to see, no one should trust a conversation with Raffensperger to stay off-the-record.
By leaking the call to the media Raffensperger helped Democrats create a scandal when they needed one.
Fox News host Tucker Carlson pointed out that the Democrats are trying to use the phone call between Trump and Raffensperger to distract from the Senate races.
“They’re trying to divert your attention again. But divert it from what? Well, here’s one guess.” Carlson said on Monday. “Tomorrow, as we told you, there are two U.S. Senate elections in Georgia, and the outcome of those races will determine who controls the entire U.S. government.”
Raffensperger and Kemp were willing to let the Democrats have complete power of the American government in order to attack Trump.
