A full-blown crisis has broken out for Joe Biden.
Biden has found himself at the center of a scandal like no other.
And now, the FBI just gave him the worst news of his life.
Ever since he was caught with classified documents in his garage, Joe Biden has found himself in the middle of a massive scandal that could cost him everything.
At first, Biden tried to ignore the news reports, only to then defend his actions when it became clear that the press was not following orders and continued to report on the scandal.
And now, Biden is panicking as one story after another comes out which reveal that even more classified documents are being found on a routine basis.
Perhaps even worse, the FBI is now searching Biden’s properties in a bid to find even more documents.
And now, Biden himself just got word that this devastating scandal has taken a turn for the worst.
CNBC reports, “The FBI found more classified documents at the Wilmington, Delaware, home of President Joe Biden during a consensual search Friday that lasted nearly 13 hours, his personal lawyer and a prosecutor said Saturday evening.
“The discovery was the fourth time since November that classified records or material has been found at a private address of Biden’s.”
The discovery of a fourth batch of classified documents at Biden’s home marks a definite turning point in this growing scandal.
But possibly even worse for Biden are the political optics through which these latest documents were uncovered.
The fact that the FBI had to spend an exhaustive 13-hour search of his residence in order to uncover even more classified documents means that Biden himself has been politically wounded in a way that has never been seen before.
Almost overnight, one of Biden’s greatest selling points that he planned to use in the 2024 election — that he is a responsible leader — has been shattered.
And now, there are growing doubts that Joe Biden will even end up throwing his hat into the ring for the next election because of the major scandal he now finds himself in.
CNBC adds, “By law, presidents and vice presidents must return government documents to the National Archives when they leave office.
“Biden and the White House have been criticized for the two-month lag in disclosing the discovery of the first batch of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington. That first discovery came six days before the midterm elections when the balance of political party control of both chambers of Congress was at stake.”
With the timing of this scandal leading to questions that the midterm elections may have influenced when everything was released to the public, Biden is also facing a separate set of criticisms that could be potentially even worse than the initial story that he had classified documents in his garage.
Political history shows that the cover-up is usually more damaging than the initial scandal, and in Biden’s case, the scandal appears to be getting worse with each passing day.
