Ever since election night, viewers have been asking difficult questions about Fox News Channel’s coverage of Donald Trump.
Fox appeared to be joining the fake news media mob in ganging up on Donald Trump and declaring Joe Biden the winner.
And now Fox News canceled this popular pro-Trump host for one terrible reason.
Judge Jeanine Pirro’s Saturday night program did not air as normal this past weekend.
Pirro’s show is popular and draws high ratings, but Newsmax reported Fox canceled the program because Pirro planned to defend President Trump and back up his claims about voter fraud.
Newsmax exclusively reported:
Sources close to the network tell Newsmax, because she made a very staunch defense of President Trump and wanted to expose the vote fraud that took place in the election, Fox News decided not to air her show. It had extended coverage of Democrat Joe Biden’s acceptance speech of a contested election.
The sources gave no inclination of whether the network is going to keep the show going, but we hear she was suspended at least for this weekend.
A Fox News spokesman denied the story telling Mediaite that “there is no dispute, Pirro was never scheduled to be on due to ongoing election coverage last night and she will be back next week along with all regularly scheduled programming that was also preempted due to ongoing breaking news coverage.”
Appearing on fake news CNN, Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy stated that Pirro never denied the story about Fox News canceling her program over the weekend.
This is not the first time Fox News took Judge Jeanine off the air.
Last year Fox bowed to pressure from its left-wing critics and suspended Pirro for two weeks after she criticized Ilhan Omar.
“Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested.” Pirro stated, “Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”
President Trump rallied to her defense and she was back on the air.
Fox News coverage of President Trump shifted dramatically beginning with the outrageous decision to call Arizona with just 73 percent of the vote in and hundreds of thousands of ballots remaining to be counted.
Their “straight news anchors” regularly tried to shoot down the campaign’s allegations of voter fraud and irregularities.
And now the network sidelined a popular host known for supporting the President at a time when the President’s fight to contest the election was as much a PR campaign as a legal battle.
There were rumors that former Speaker of the House and current Fox News board member Paul Ryan was pushing network executives to move on from Trump and shift the network’s coverage to the left.
That change in direction at Fox News appears to be well underway.
