There are disturbing signs that Fox News is no longer on President Trump’s side.
Their recent poll was uncharacteristic.
Fox News just gave Donald Trump some surprising bad news for reelection.
Fox News host Neil Cavuto blasted President Trump for taking hydroxychloroquine.
In response, Trump responded on Twitter, “@FoxNews is no longer the same. We miss the great Roger Ailes. You have more anti-Trump people, by far, than ever before. Looking for a new outlet!”
President Trump is worried that Fox News won’t be loyally supporting him in the upcoming election and the new poll that Fox News released isn’t setting Trump’s mind at rest.
The polls, when it comes to Trump, have not been accurate in predicting his historic 2016 win.
“Polling is as much an art as science,” said IBD commentary editor Terry Jones. “It requires judgement.”
In a shocking turn of events, the new Fox News poll showed Trump losing to Joe Biden while the most recent CNN poll showed Trump winning 15 battleground states.
“In the 2020 ballot test, Biden leads Trump by 48-40 percent,” Fox News reported. “Biden’s 8-point advantage is outside the poll’s margin of error. However, given that 11 percent are undecided or plan to vote for someone else, neither candidate hits 50 percent support.”
Fox News’s summary of the poll was that the election would be a tight race with Biden currently holding the advantage.
Trump was not happy when he saw the results.
“Many will disagree, but @FoxNews is doing nothing to help Republicans, and me, get re-elected on November 3rd,” the President said on Twitter. “Sure, there are some truly GREAT people on Fox, but you also have some real ‘garbage’ littered all over the network, people like Dummy Juan Williams, Schumerite Chris…Hahn, Richard Goodstein, Donna Brazile, Neil Cavuto, and many others.”
“They repeat the worst of the Democrat speaking points, and lies. All of the good is totally nullified, and more. Net Result = BAD! CNN & MSDNC are all in for the Do Nothing Democrats! Fox WAS Great!” Trump added.
The poll that CNN released on May 14th showed that Trump was well ahead of Biden.
“In the new poll, 51% of registered voters nationwide back Biden, while 46% say they prefer Trump, while in the battlegrounds, 52% favor Trump and 45% Biden,” CNN found.
The states that supported Trump were Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico and North Carolina.
If Trump wins those states, there’s almost no question that he’ll win the presidency.
Polls are often inaccurate and November is far in the future.
If there’s a vaccine and the economy is roaring back, Trump will be in an excellent position.
Joe Biden also tends to decrease in the polls when there is more attention on him as he has a tendency to make unfortunate statements.
Despite Fox News’s terrible poll, Trump’s chances of winning are still high.
