Donald Trump is feuding with Fox News Channel.
The President does not believe the network fairly covered the 2020 election or the President’s legal challenges to the results.
And now this Fox News host made a surprising admission about Trump’s claims of voter fraud.
As extended vote counting of mail-in ballots swung several states to Joe Biden, President Trump and his lawyers blasted states like Pennsylvania and Georgia for not authenticating the signature matches between the envelopes ballots were mailed in and the signature on the actual ballot.
“Fox and Friends” host Ainsley Earhardt backed up the President’s concerns about mail-in voting.
This surprised some viewers as many news anchors on Fox now sound like they work for fake news CNN.
But Earhardt correctly noted that Democrats took advantage of the coronavirus pandemic to expand no excuse mail-in absentee voting.
“A lot of voters are concerned about this election. They want to make sure it was fair. We want to make sure mail-in ballots — if they are used in the future, I know they had to be with Covid — but if they are in the future and Democrats have their way, it will happen,” Earhardt stated.
Earhardt amplified President Trump’s prediction that unless Republicans take action to clamp down on mail-in voting schemes no Republican will ever win the Presidency again.
“We want to make sure that dead people don’t get ballots. We want to make sure that poll watchers are allowed to observe from the right amount of distance. We just want to make sure the election is fair,” Earhardt continued. “This is so important because I have heard it said time and time again if it’s not fair and if mail-in ballots are not reformed, and we use them in the future; then a Republican president will probably never happen again.”
Before the election Democrat data analysts predicted that on election night Donald Trump would hold a massive lead, but that as the weeks dragged on and the mail-in votes were counted Joe Biden would decisively win the election.
That is how the 2020 contest played on when after Americans went to bed on election night with President Trump leading in key states, mysterious vote dumps in Democrat-run cities shifted the election in Joe Biden’s favor.
Mail-in voting schemes which circumvent voter ID laws are an open invitation for fraud.
But it’s not just Donald Trump and the co-hosts of “Fox and Friends” that believe this.
In 2005 a bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform was chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State and Ronald Reagan chief of staff James Baker.
Their report concluded that absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.
After the funny business that President Trump and tens of millions of his supporters believe tainted the 2020 election, there will be tremendous pressure on Republican legislators to restrict this risky scheme and return states to traditional in-person voting.
