While Fox News has become less and less friendly to President Trump, Sean Hannity remains a fair host.
He isn’t afraid to call out Obama’s deep state enemies of America within our government.
And he just revealed one fact that left Obama’s deep state running scared.
Sean Hannity and President Trump have a close relationship.
It is said that the two often talk, and Trump is often on his Fox News show.
So if there is anybody on television who knows what’s going on in Trump’s White House, it is Hannity.
And one of his sources just revealed something to him that the deep state is sure to hate.
Currently, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz is looking into potential FISA abuse during the 2016 election.
Near the end of the 2016 election, using an unverified dossier from former British Spy Christopher Steele, the Obama-led FBI obtained FISA surveillance warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.
And the results of Horowitz’s investigation, which Attorney General William Barr expects to receive later this month, will uncover all the secrets of this dark time in U.S. history.
Hannity claims to have sources who tell him what Horowitz is going to release is “devastating.”
“I have sources telling me that [Michael] Horowitz perhaps is even finished with his report and certainly, [Attorney General William Barr] has been briefed on what is coming,” the Fox News evening host said, adding that he believes three FISA warrants issued against former Trump campaign aide Carter Page were illegal.
Hannity goes into little details, but later on Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett does reveal that Horowitz is well within his legal rights to prosecute anybody who violates FISA laws.
This case truly could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back for the deep state.
Christopher Steele is somebody of interest already, considering that Horowitz has been trying to speak to him, only for Steele to decline.
There is speculation that then-FBI Director James Comey knew that Steele was not a credible figure when using his dossier for the FISA warrants.
On another episode of Hannity’s show, former Rep. Trey Gowdy explains this, while dropping tips for investigators on where to look for abuses.
“So whoever’s investigating this, tell them to look for emails between Brennan and Comey in December 2016 [relating to Steele],” Gowdy said.
Gowdy told Hannity, “I think you’ll be surprised at whether or not they viewed Steele as being credible.”
It is already clear that there is plenty of evidence to suggest that Steele was not a credible figure.
The first sign comes from the firm he was working for, Fusion GPS, which was being paid by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee to compile the now-infamous dossier.
Those political ties should raise red flags immediately that it is a political hit job.
There is also the conflict of interest with Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr being married to DOJ employee Bruce Ohr, who just so happens to be the first person to review the dossier.
While there is no telling what this investigation will uncover, it is clear that it means nothing good for the deep state.
Do you think this investigation will take down the deep state?
