Hillary Clinton is positioning herself to run for president in 2024.
But Clinton found out she has a big problem.
And Hillary Clinton heard the one word that is the final nail in her coffin.
Former Attorney General William Barr discussed his reasoning for appointing John Durham special counsel to investigate the Russian collusion hoax with The Blaze founder Glenn Beck.
Barr called the Russian collusion hoax and the attempts by some in the FBI and intelligence community to overthrow Trump using lies a “constitutional crisis.”
“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” Barr stated.
Barr described what Durham uncovered so far – which Durham called a “joint venture” by the Clinton campaign and its agents to manufacture a false narrative about Trump and Russia – “seditious.”
“I believe it is seditious,” Barr added.
Barr explained that the Russian collusion hoax was no mere political dirty trick.
Instead, Barr explained his belief that America was still paying for the Russia hoax with the unfolding debacle in Ukraine.
“It was a gross injustice, and it hurt the United States in many ways, including what we’re seeing in Ukraine these days. It distorted our foreign policy, and so forth,” Barr told Beck.
Barr told Beck that when Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland took office Barr felt confident Biden and Garland would not interfere in Durham’s investigation.
“I was highly confident he would remain in office and they wouldn’t touch him,” Barr stated.
That’s because Biden and his handlers understand that Clinton would love nothing more than to elbow Biden out of office so Clinton can run for president in 2024 and thus would not mind the Durham investigation continuing and producing even more bombshells that would cripple Clinton’s future political prospects.
“The Biden administration had no real interest in protecting either Hillary Clinton or Comey,” Barr stated.
“And at the end of the day, for them to lose the capital and appear to be covering something up that would then never get resolved, I didn’t think was in their interest,” Barr reasoned.
Barr added that shutting down the Durham probe would have hobbled the Biden administration right off the bat.
“And I think institutionally that would’ve destroyed the new AG if he had tried that,” Barr told Beck.
Now it’s up to Durham to produce a report that lays out the seditious behavior Barr claims Durham uncovered.
