The Russian collusion hoax was the worst political crime in American history.
But now the American people may finally see real answers as to the origins of this attempted coup against Donald Trump as well as legal accountability.
And Hillary Clinton is terrified a jury will see these bombshell documents.
Special counsel John Durham continues to press forward in his criminal prosecution of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann.
Durham charged Sussmann with lying to the FBI about not working on behalf of the Clinton campaign when Sussmann met with FBI agents in the fall of 2016 and peddled the deranged conspiracy theory that a server in Trump Tower communicated with a Russian bank.
In Durham’s latest court filing Durham argued the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and Fusion GPS – who hired Christopher Steele to put together the hoax Russian collusion dossier – withheld documents regarding Michael Sussmann and his work and Perkins Coie under a false claim of attorney-client privilege.
John Durham says in new court filing that Clinton campaign, DNC and Fusion GPS are withholding documents pertinent to Sussmann case by citing a dubious attorney-client privilege claim.

Sussmann worked for Perkins Coie – the law firm that the Clinton campaign hired during the 2016 election.
The Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee funneled money to Perkins Coie that the firm used to hire Christopher Steele.
The FEC also just handed down a fine of over $100,000 to the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee for misreporting the expenditure to Perkins Coie as legal services on campaign finance disclosure forms when in reality the Clinton campaign and the DNC sent the money to Perkins Coie to hide the fact that they were really funding an opposition research smear campaign.
Special counsel John Durham’s original mission was exposing the truth about the origins of the Russian collusion hoax.
A key component of that investigation is getting to the bottom of how the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee funded and weaponized Steele’s hoax Russian collusion dossier.
Sussmann, the Clinton campaign, Perkins Coie and the Democratic National Committee tried to argue their records pertaining to the dossier fall under attorney-client privilege and thus remain out of Durham’s grasp.
Durham argued the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee hired Perkins Coie to conduct opposition research on Donald Trump and not legal work so the records concerning the dossier are not covered by attorney-client privilege.
Special counsel Durham continues to inch closer to the truth.
And what Durham unearths could be bad news for Hillary Clinton.
