Donald Trump is still contesting the 2020 presidential election.
Joe Biden is acting like he’s President-elect.
In the middle of this fight, Ilhan Omar admitted one devastating setback that has Democrats tied up in knots.
Democrats are not acting like a party that won a decisive victory in a national election.
The latest point of controversy on the left came when Ilhan Omar appeared on fake news CNN and agreed with the criticism that a potential Biden administration is leaving Bernie Sanders’ supporters out in the cold with a lack of administration appointments.
“And this is, you know, what we have been saying and asking for. We worked diligently in trying to make sure that the people understood that it was important for us to get rid of Trump, but to have someone who was going to be partner with us in governing for progress in our country, and we continue to be hopeful in having that partnership as we have governed on behalf of our country,” Omar stated.
Omar damned the Biden administration with faint praise on the selection of Wall Street and Big Tech insiders that filled out the upper ranks of Biden’s personnel selections.
“You know, holistically, I am not,” Omar added, “I think that they have been quite diligent in putting together a really well-thought-out transition team, and we continue to see what comes out of the next couple of weeks as they solidify that list, and we will continue to push and make sure that our asks are clear and concise.”
Biden has not selected the raving socialists that support Bernie Sanders because they could not be confirmed in a Republican-controlled Senate.
If Joe Biden is sworn in as President on January 20 his administration would stumble right out of the gates as a Republican-led Senate rejected a slate of open socialists.
While President Trump is still contesting the election the transition is proceeding in case Joe Biden becomes President.
Biden’s Cabinet features the incompetent retreads that ran the country into the ground during Barack Obama’s two terms in office.
Many on the left are upset that former Vice President Biden’s Cabinet selections are not diverse or ideological enough.
As Ilhan Omar stated, socialists put aside their disagreements with Joe Biden because they thought the left needed to be united in order to defeat Donald Trump.
If Biden’s victory becomes official and Biden sits in the Oval Office next January, there is beneath the surface a civil war festering on the left between the corporatist establishmentarians in the Biden administration and the socialist left led by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar.
