And with the committee wrapping up its work on December 19 the Democrats and Never Trumpers are making this final move against Trump by voting to refer him to Joe Biden’s Justice Department on three separate criminal charges.

The Jan. 6 select committee is preparing to vote on urging the Justice Department to pursue at least three criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, including insurrection.
The report that the select panel is expected to consider on Monday afternoon, described to POLITICO by two people familiar with its contents, reflects some recommendations from a subcommittee that evaluated potential criminal referrals. Among the charges that subcommittee proposes for Trump: 18 U.S.C. 2383, insurrection; 18 U.S.C. 1512(c), obstruction of an official proceeding; and 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States government.
Trump slammed the committee for ignoring the real story — which was the Twitter Files revealing how the FBI rigged the 2020 election by ordering Twitter to censor posts during the election to control what information Americans were allowed to see — and instead pursuing a politically motivated vendetta.
“This (the FBI’s wild and crazy relationship with Twitter) is absolutely a coordinated effort to change Election Results! Rachel Campos-Duffy…and it worked, but they got caught. This is why people protested in Washington. Our 2020 Presidential Election was Crooked, Rigged, and Stolen, and yet the Unselect Committee of Political Hacks & Thugs didn’t spend any time investigating this outrage!” Trump posted on his Truth Social platform.
The committee voting for criminal referral for Trump is likely a key part of the Biden administration’s scheme.
Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are essentially Democrats but them voting to refer Trump for criminal prosecution allows the Biden Justice Department to claim it is acting on a bipartisan recommendation from Congress and any prosecution of Trump was not some Democrat Party prosecution of Joe Biden’s chief political rival.
Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith — a left-wing attack dog with a history of partisan prosecutions of Republicans — as special counsel to investigate Trump.
That move — and the committee’s fake “bipartisan” vote for a criminal referral against Donald Trump — are the pretext Joe Biden and Merrick Garland are establishing to charge Trump.
