The Trump administration is done giving the Deep State a free pass.
To the horror of millions of Americans, the plot against Trump was even worse than illegal leaks to anti-Trump media outlets.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions gave an interview where he ripped the heart of the Deep State with this announcement.
Sessions appeared on conservative talk show host Howie Carr’s show and revealed anti-Trump FBI agent Peter Strzok had been stripped of his security clearance.
“Mr. Strzok — as I understand — has lost his security clearance,” Sessions declared.
Strzok has been at the center of the Deep State conspiracy against the President ever since it was revealed he was removed from the Mueller investigation and demoted because he exchanged anti-Trump text messages with Lisa Page, the FBI agent he was having an affair with.
The two FBI agents exchanged one message where they described the FBI investigation into allegations of the Trump campaign colluding with Russia as “an insurance policy” against a Trump victory.
But the worst was yet to come.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz discovered one message where Strzok promised Page that they – and critics believed he meant the FBI – would “stop” Trump from defeating Hillary.
This was the smoking gun.
Strzok – who had high ranking roles on both the Clinton email and Russia investigation – pledged to use the FBI’s awesome power to tip the scales in the Presidential election.
This message called into question the legitimacy of both the Clinton and Russia investigations.
Did Clinton really get off because “no reasonable prosecutor” would have brought charges?
And was the Russia investigation really the product of a legitimate lead?
The answer to both of the questions appears to be no.
Clinton skated and Trump was put under investigation because a cabal of anti-Trump zealots believed they needed to meddle in the election in order to ensure a specific outcome.
Sessions’ announcement that Strzok was stripped of his security clearance came after reports that the disgraced FBI agent had been fired after he was seen being walked out of FBI headquarters.
While it was true that Strzok was marched out of the building, his lawyer Aitan Goelman stated he was still employed by the Bureau.

Trump supporters cheered Sessions’ announcement.
They were afraid a central figure in the Deep State plot – and who clearly expressed a desire to use the government’s police power to rig the election – would escape scot-free much like Hillary Clinton did in the email investigation.
But now that Strzok has been stripped of his security clearance, he may be ready to sing like a canary.
Goelman revealed that Strzok is willing to testify before a Congressional committee that will have him and that – more importantly – Strzok will not seek immunity or invoke his Fifth Amendment rights.
Strzok’s testimony would be the first chance for the American people to have one of the key Deep State players give a peek behind the curtain of the conspiracy to ruin Donald Trump.
