If Joe Biden wins the election Democrat voters will immediately demand Joe Biden’s Justice Department bring criminal charges against Donald Trump and jail him for the rest of his life.
Biden addressed this in an interview with National Public Radio and made it clear that the fanatic he appoints as Attorney General will – in fact – charge President Trump with crimes.
“Look, the Justice Department is not the president’s private law firm. The attorney general is not the president’s private lawyer. I will not interfere with the Justice Department’s judgment of whether or not they think they should pursue the prosecution of anyone that they think has violated the law,” Biden began.
But while Biden says he won’t be involved in any decision – and given Biden’s dementia there are few decisions he will actually make – to indict Donald Trump.
“In terms of saying, ‘I think the president violated the law. I think the president did this, therefore, go on and prosecute him’ — I will not do that,” Biden added.
“If [a case] prove[s] to be a criminal offense, then in fact, that would be up to the attorney general to decide whether he or she wanted to proceed with it. I am not going to make that individual judgment,” Biden concluded.
Biden doesn’t need to order his Attorney General to prosecute Donald Trump.
The next Attorney General will be a left-wing zealot that understands their job is to leverage the full force of the federal government’s prosecutorial powers to crush conservatives and criminalize opposition to the Democrat Party.
