Biden was not messing around.
And now Joe Biden hit Elon Musk with brutal news that could destroy him.
Federal prosecutors opened up an investigation into Musk’s company Neuralink over allegations of animal mistreatment in the company’s medical device testing.

Elon Musk’s Neuralink, a medical device company, is under federal investigation for potential animal-welfare violations amid internal staff complaints that its animal testing is being rushed, causing needless suffering and deaths, according to documents reviewed by Reuters and sources familiar with the investigation and company operations.
Neuralink Corp is developing a brain implant it hopes will help paralyzed people walk again and cure other neurological ailments. The federal probe, which has not been previously reported, was opened in recent months by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Inspector General at the request of a federal prosecutor, according to two sources with knowledge of the investigation. The probe, one of the sources said, focuses on violations of the Animal Welfare Act, which governs how researchers treat and test some animals.
At a press conference following the election Biden warned Musk that an investigation of Musk purchasing Twitter could soon launch.
“Elon Musk’s cooperation and/or technical relationships with other countries is worthy of being looked at. Whether or not he is doing anything inappropriate — I’m not suggesting that. I’m suggesting it’s worth being looked at and that’s all I’ll say,” Biden stated.
Biden was not joking about investigating Musk.
The timing of this investigation struck many as suspicious since it coincided with Musk purchasing Twitter and peeling back the onion on how Twitter helped rig the 2020 election by censoring the New York Post’s bombshell story about emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop implicating Joe Biden in a pay-for-play scheme involving business deals in Communist China and Ukraine.
Musk foreshadowed this development during a Twitter Spaces chat following journalist Matt Taibbi publishing the “Twitter Files” showing how Twitter falsely claimed the Post’s story was the result of foreign hacking to justify the censorship.
In the chat Musk admitted government retaliation was a real possibility in that the Biden administration would retaliate against Musk for defending free speech on Twitter.
Democrats and the left see censorship as a key to winning elections as “content moderation” allows left-wing employees at Big Tech companies to control the information voters receive about candidates and elections.
Musk admitted as much in his Twitter Spaces chat by blasting Twitter censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story as the equivalent of acting as a “propaganda arm” for the Biden campaign.
“If Twitter is doing one team’s bidding before an election shutting down dissenting voices on a pivotal election that is the definition of election interference,” Musk stated.
“Frankly Twitter was acting like an arm of the Democratic National Committee, it was absurd,” Musk continued.
But Democrats are not about to allow Musk to get away with chipping away at their censorship regime.
And in a tyrannical move that raised cries of fascism, Biden is now investigating one of Elon Musk’s companies as a form of payback.
