Democrats are entering the midterm elections having to defend narrow majorities.
Liberals hoping to hang on to power got some bad news.
That’s because Joe Biden just ruined Chuck Schumer’s life with this 15-second answer.
Joe Biden made a gigantic mistake during an interview with ESPN’s Sage Steele when Biden came out in favor of Major League Baseball moving the 2021 All-Star Game out of Atlanta in protest of Georgia’s new election integrity law.
Biden’s told repeated lies about the Georgia law cutting off early voting hours at 5 p.m. – it allows counties to expand them to 7p.m. – and banning voters from getting food and water while waiting in line to vote – the law permits poll workers to distribute food and water, and only prevents third parties from doing so to prevent electioneering and voter intimidation.
But Major League Baseball bought into Biden’s falsehoods and Commissioner Rob Manfred announced the league was relocating the All-Star Game out of Atlanta.
That decision could come back to haunt Democrats.
Major League Baseball moving the All-Star Game out of Atlanta will cost the city 100 million dollars in economic benefits.
Republicans only need a net gain of one Senate seat to win back the majority.
And Georgia Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock may be the most vulnerable incumbent in America.
Warnock criticized the Georgia law and now voters could look at Warnock as the face of the boycott movement that damaged the state’s economy.
But now that the Biden-led boycott of the All-Star Game succeeded, the business owners and workers hurt by this decision only have Warnock on the ballot next November to take their anger out on.
