Joe Biden allegedly found a way to hide his connection to Hunter Biden’s shady business deals.
But his scandalous actions have just been uncovered.
And Joe Biden may have knowingly broken the law thousands of times with this act.
During his time as Vice President under the Obama administration, President Joe Biden used pseudonyms to send thousands of messages and emails that included his son Hunter.
The National Archives admitted to having over 5,400 emails where Biden had used a pseudonym in correspondence.
According to Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett on Thursday, Biden knew he was breaking the law.
“On the very first day, top government officials receive a tutorial and part of it, and that includes cabinet members, the vice president, part of it is that for your government communications, official business, you must always and exclusively use the government server which is secure and you’re supposed to use your assigned secured email address,” Jarrett said to “Kudlow” guest host David Asman on Thursday.
Asman highlighted the fact that the Federal Records Act prohibited the use of aliases and pseudonyms when sending emails. “You in fact have to sign a document that says if I don’t follow these rules, I recognize that I can be prosecuted for it,” Jarrett responded.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has demanded the National Archives hand over all unredacted records where Biden used a pseudonym.
“Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,” Comer (R-KY) said in a statement.
“We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates,” Comer went on.
“We also know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest. The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption,” he concluded.
In a letter to archivist Colleen Shogan, Comer asked for, “[a]ny document or communication in which a pseudonym for Vice President Joe Biden was included either as a sender, recipient, copied or was included in the contents of the document or communication, including but not limited to Robert Peters, Robin Ware, and JRB Ware.”
Comer also requested “[a]ny document or communication in which Hunter Biden, Eric Schwerin, or Devon Archer was included either as a sender, recipient, copied, or was included in the contents of the document or communication” and “[a]ll drafts from November 1, 2015, to December 9, 2015, of then-Vice President Biden’s speech delivered to the Ukrainian Rada on December 9, 2015.”
