Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is not someone to shy away from controversy.
In fact, almost every word he has spoken on the campaign trail has led to a scandal or serious gaffe, sowing seeds of doubt about his leadership abilities.
And now, Biden has said two completely shocking words about China and one of their most controversial policies.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said in 2011 that he “fully” understood China’s one-child policy, which the communist regime reportedly enforced with mandatory abortions and sterilizations.
Biden made the comments while speaking to students at Sichuan University in China, where he compared the United States’ fiscal issues with that of China.
“But as I was talking to some of your leaders, you share a similar concern here in China. You have no safety net. Your policy has been one which I fully understand — I’m not second-guessing — of one child per family. The result being that you’re in a position where one wage earner will be taking care of four retired people. Not sustainable,” he said.
Chinese authorities are reported to have taken draconian measures, including forced abortions, in enforcing the one-child policy.
Many are disgusted with Biden’s comments.
China’s one-child policy has caused unimaginable pain and suffering, where women are punished if they are found out to be pregnant, even up to being forced to have an abortion, or being permanently sterilized so they can never bear a child again.
This inhumane law has long been criticized and fought around the world.
These statements come as the spotlight has been on China more recently.
The COVID-19 coronavirus had originated in China where the government attempted to cover up the disease, rather than fighting it.
Now that disease has spread to every habitable continent on the planet and caused tens of thousands of deaths in a matter of weeks.
But the radical left has continually stuck by China’s side, turning against President Trump and their own country.
The left spews attacks at Trump, calling him racist for speaking facts.
But so many, like Biden, claim to sympathize with the communist country.
U.S.-China relations are at the forefront of the 2020 election due to the coronavirus pandemic, which started in China and which China covered up in its early stages.
President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign is seeking to press Biden on his past habit of downplaying or dismissing the threat to the United States posed by China’s rise.
Trump’s campaign on Thursday released an ad hammering Biden’s past remarks on China.
