Democrats are pushing measures that would undermine voter integrity forever.
If they succeed it could be the end of our democracy.
Joe Biden wants to change American elections forever with these two orders.
According to President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” and there was no evidence “of either wrongdoing or mistakes that casts any doubt on the outcome of the national election results.”
If the Biden administration was confident that there was no wrongdoing, audits and examinations shouldn’t bother the DOJ.
After all, a large part of the American public isn’t convinced that Biden won the election fairly.
But instead of that, the DOJ is threatened at the fact that the election is being double-checked.
On Wednesday they released “Federal Law Constraints on Post-Election ‘Audits’” in which the DOJ noted that there has been an “unusual second round of examinations” by states looking at “certain ballots, election records, and election systems used to conduct elections in 2020.”
This is such a bad thing that the Biden administration threatened “federal constraints, which are enforced by the Department of Justice” on these audits.
This comes mere days after Arizona Republicans served another subpoena on officials in Maricopa County, to gather evidence to complete the audit.
Biden won Arizona and its 11 electoral votes by just 11,000 votes.
The DOJ seems like they are trying to scare off Republicans, and even mentioned the criminal penalties that are attached to willful violations of the Civil Rights Act.
“There have been reports, with respect to some of the post-2020 ballot examinations, of proposals to contact individuals face to face to see whether the individuals were qualified voters who had actually voted,” the DOJ wrote, citing a “Cyber Ninjas Statement of Work.” Cyber Ninjas is the Florida-based company hired by the Arizona Senate to conduct the audit. It reportedly had proposed using a “combination of phone calls and physical canvassing” to “collect information on voters in three urban precincts.”
The Biden administration is trying to claim that this qualifies as “intimidation.”
This isn’t the only way that the DOJ is trying to change elections — another document issued on the same day is the “Guidance Concerning Federal Statutes Affecting Methods of Voting,” in which the Biden administration stated that the plan is to go after any state which tightens voting procedures, even if they were only put in place as a short-term message because of COVID.
The DOJ noted the high turnout of 2020 with pleasure, stating that it came from an increased use of “the Department’s enforcement policy [which] does not consider a jurisdiction’s re-adoption of prior voting laws or procedures to be presumptively lawful,” the guidance document reads. Rather, “the Department will review a jurisdiction’s changes in voting laws or procedures for compliance with all federal laws regarding elections, as the facts and circumstances warrant” vote-by-mail and early voting.
This means the states can be prepared to be sued for going back to their normal election processes.
