The issue of court-packing is dominating the final weeks of the campaign.
Senate Republicans are working to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to fill Ruth Ginsburg’s seat and Democrats are vowing revenge.
And Joe Biden’s answer about packing the Supreme Court will leave you speechless.
After Donald Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett in the wake of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, Democrats pulled out all the stops to derail her nomination.
Prominent voices on the left like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Ed Markey proposed that if Democrats sweep into power in November, a Democrat Congress should pass legislation packing the Supreme Court with as many as six new justices, all of whom would be radical leftists selected by Joe Biden.
In the first presidential debate as well as the vice presidential faceoff, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris both refused to answer questions as to if they supported court-packing.
That answer did not sit well with voters, and local reporters pressed former Vice President Biden as to if he would support expanding the Supreme Court from the current total of nine justices.
Biden ended up telling one reporter that voters “didn’t deserve” to know if Biden supported court-packing until after the election was over.
This answer brought back bad memories of Nancy Pelosi telling Americans during the Obama Presidency that they would have to pass Obamacare to find out what was in it.
