Joe Biden learned some bad news.
Biden was hoping the cover-up would hold.
But a judge forced the FBI to cough up a smoking gun that has Joe Biden trembling with fear.
Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana scored another big win in their lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of violating the First Amendment by pressuring social media companies to censor criticism of the administration’s vaccine mandates and the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Western Louisiana District Court Judge Terry Doughty ruled in favor of Landry and Schmitt in forcing FBI agent Elvis Chan to testify as to his knowledge of the FBI’s efforts to pressure Facebook to censor the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 presidential election under the false grounds that it was Russian disinformation.
National Review reports:
An FBI official will be deposed in a lawsuit over alleged collusion between the Biden administration and social-media companies to censor speech on topics ranging from Hunter Biden’s laptop to Covid-19, a judge ruled Monday.
The ruling comes in response to a lawsuit by Missouri attorney general Eric Schmitt and Louisiana attorney general Jeff Landry accusing the federal government of working “hand-in-hand with social media companies to censor freedom of speech on their platforms.” The lawsuit has grown to include 67 defendants, including top officials at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the White House, and others.
Last month, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana granted the two states’ request for depositions from several top-ranking governmental officials.
Mark Zuckerberg confessed on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast that FBI officials warned Facebook that the Russians were preparing a disinformation campaign which led the platform to suppress the accurate and truthful Post reporting about the emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop containing evidence of Biden family corruption.

The FBI meddled in the 2020 election to rig it on Joe Biden’s behalf.
Biden administration lawyers argued that Chan was not directly involved in twisting arms at Facebook to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story.
But Attorneys General Schmitt and Landry argued that Chan would know who was involved and what actions they took to pressure Facebook to squelch the reach of posts about the Post’s Hunter Biden laptop reporting.
Judge Doughty agreed.
And now the American people may get real answers about an actual example of election meddling to tip the outcome of a presidential contest.
