Vice President Kamala Harris continues to shrink on the national stage.
The Biden administration tries to hide Harris away from the public spotlight as much as possible.
Americans saw why when Kamala Harris imploded when asked one simple question about the 2022 election.
During Joe Biden’s disastrous marathon press conference, Biden claimed that unless Congress passed legislation that eviscerated voter ID laws while opening the floodgates to potential cheating, the 2022 midterm elections would not be legitimate.
“I’m not going to say it’s going to be legit,” Biden told reporters. “It’s — the increase and the prospect of being illegitimate is in direct proportion to us not being able to get these — these reforms passed.”
Biden spent a year calling Donald Trump a borderline criminal for alleging Democrats stole the 2020 election through massive voter fraud and now Biden cast doubt on the midterms 10 months before any votes were counted.
Biden’s undermining of American democracy was too much even for Utah RINO Mitt Romney who released one of his “aw shucks”-style statements knocking Biden.

It was left to Vice President Kamala Harris to clean up this mess.
The administration rolled the dice and sent Harris out for an interview on the “Today Show” as part of a plan to reboot Biden’s failing presidency through a P.R. campaign.
Biden’s handlers figured NBC’s Savannah Guthrie would understand her role as a member of the liberal media and help the administration out with a softball interview.
Guthrie dutifully offered Harris a chance to clarify Biden’s comments about the midterms being illegitimate if the Democrats lost.
“Is President Biden really concerned that we may not have free and fair elections?” Guthrie asked Harris.
Harris refused to provide a straight answer and instead fumbled around.
“The president has been consistent on this issue and the issue at hand,” Harris stammered.
When Guthrie pressed for a clarification Harris refused to say Joe Biden believed the 2022 midterms would be a free and fair election.
Harris claimed that unless Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi got to write the rules of the election in all 50 states American democracy was under attack.
“Let’s not conflate issues. What we are looking at and the topic of so much debate last night was that we as America cannot afford to allow this blatant erosion of our democracy,” Harris added.
The administration allows Harris to conduct so few high-profile interviews precisely because Harris melts down in unscripted settings.
Harris falls back on her Disney movie villain cackle as a nervous tic, or she descends into incoherence like in the “Today Show” interview.
Performances like these are why Harris owns a 28 percent approval rating and Democrats fear that Harris will fumble away the 2024 election if Joe Biden chooses not to run for re-election.
