Democrats are going all out to stop Kavanaugh.
Three women have come forward with claims of sexual assault.
But one of those accusers might end up behind bars for making her claim.
Three Different Accusations
So far three different women have come out with claims against Brett Kavanaugh.
The first two were claims of sexual assault.
But the latest alleges his participation in a gang-rape incident.
The accuser, Julie Swetnick discusses attending “gang rape parties” where she was raped at one in 1982.
She doesn’t claim it was Kavanaugh that raped her.
But she does allege she has seen Kavanaugh at similar parties.
She says she saw him lined up outside of doors with other boys waiting to rape women.
The entire story comes off as ridiculous.
And it isn’t helpful for her having Michael Avenatti, who also represents Stormy Daniels, pushing her story to the media.
There is no evidence backing her claim.
And that may come back to bite her and cause her to face jail time.
Swetnick Facing Bad News For Kavanaugh Accusation
U.S. Sen. Bill Cassidy stated that a criminal referral against Swetnick should be sent to the FBI.
There is more evidence discrediting her than she has against Kavanaugh.
Those who knew her during college are denying her claims.
And her character is in question due to a restraining order filed by an ex-boyfriend against her.
All in all, very few believe her.
So when she filed a declaration under oath that she saw Kavanaugh spiking drinks at a “gang rape party,” she likely committed a crime.
A criminal referral may result in her facing jail time.
And it will be hard for anybody to disagree with that.
Not only is she trying to ruin a good man’s name.
She is also getting in the way of a vital confirmation process.
If she does end up facing a criminal referral it will also reflect poorly on her attorney.
Avenatti is working to cement himself as a tough resistance fighter.
And if his client faces jail time it will forever ruin that reputation for him.
For Avenatti it will also quash rumors of a possible presidential run against Trump.
It has been rumored he is considering a run.
Some even see him as a viable candidate.
On a recent Bill Maher show appearance, Steve Bannon stated he believes Avenatti’s fighter spirit could bring a win.
He said that if somebody like Bernie Sanders had that same fighting spirit he would have possibly beaten Trump.
Because one thing Trump has over his opponents is his tough demeanor.
He is ready and willing to take his enemies head-on.
And when he does he wins.
When Hillary Clinton tried to challenge Trump in person she lost every time.
That’s because she is weak, as Trump regularly attacked her for.
And while Avenatti doesn’t have the same fleshed out policy positions as Trump, he is willing to fight tough.
Do you think Avenatti could beat Trump in 2020?
