There’s a bizarre fact about the Paul Pelosi attack that makes it even stranger.
Democrats don’t want the whole story to get out.
The mainstream media removed this shocking report about the Paul Pelosi attack.
NBC pulled the report that they themselves aired from its website which contained odd details about the attack.
They reported that when the police came, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, opened the door to their house and “did not immediately declare an emergency,” instead walking back into the house.
“Sources familiar with what unfolded within the Pelosi residence now revealing, when officers responded to the high-priority call, they were seemingly unaware they’d been called to the home of the Speaker of the House,” NBC News reporter Miguel Almaguer said in the Nov. 4 “Today” report. “After a knock and announce, the door was opened by Mr. Pelosi. The 82-year-old did not immediately declare an emergency or try to leave his home, but instead began walking several feet back into the foyer toward the assailant and away from police.”
NBC removed the report the same day, saying, “The piece should not have aired because it did not meet NBC News reporting standards.”
“‘Why Pelosi didn’t try to flee, or tell responding officers he was in distress, is unclear,’” National Review’s Jim Geraghty tweeted. “Note this is from NBC News’ The Today Show, not OAN or Newsmax or whatever.”
David DePape, a 42-year-old male, allegedly smashed his way into the home through a rear door into Pelosi’s San Francisco home with plans to kidnap the speaker of the House and break her kneecaps if she lied to him.
“If she were to tell DePape the ‘truth,’ he would let her go and if she ‘lied,’ he was going to break her kneecaps,” the criminal complaint in the case said. “By breaking Nancy’s kneecaps, she would then have to be wheeled into Congress, which would show other members of Congress there were consequences to actions,” it alleges DePape told authorities.
Prosecutors have not released any footage from the incident.
“Mr. Pelosi opened the door, they were both holding a hammer and the police observed Mr. DePape pull that hammer away and then strike Mr. Pelosi,” District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said. “That is the most that we’re going to say at this point. Our job is not to try this case in the public or in the press. It’s to try it in a courtroom.”
DePape’s ex-girlfriend said that DePape “is a broken child in an adult body with serious mental problems,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
She added, “I don’t think he became a Trump supporter. He was against the government, but if anything he was opposed to the shadow government, against the people who really run the government and use politicians as puppets. Like Trump was a puppet. David and I were against the shadow government.”
