This time Romney went too far.
And Mitt Romney crossed this unthinkable line to help Democrats win the 2024 election.
In the last Congress Mitch McConnell and Mitt Romney helped give the Democrats a true majority in the Senate.
McConnell and Romney functioned as the 51st and 52nd Democrat senators voting for Joe Biden’s entire agenda.
The two RINOs helped Democrats pass legislation allowing SWAT teams to kick doors in and confiscate guns from Americans based on their political views, the Green New Deal, homosexual marriage, and a $1.7 trillion socialist spending bill that funneled $45 billion to protect Ukraine’s border and banned money from being spent on securing America’s border.
Now Romney is joining Democrats in hoping RINO former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels runs for Senate in 2024 to fill the seat left open after conservative Mike Braun announced he is running for governor.
Colorado Democrat Senator John Hickenlooper lavished praise on Daniels as the type of Republican who would enter the Senate and vote with Democrats on banning guns, amnesty, the Green New Deal and imposing the woke agenda on red states.
“Maybe our success here the last couple of years is going to attract more governors. The experience of being a governor is directly applicable,” Hickenlooper exclaimed. “I think [Daniels] is someone who is driven by a desire — almost a need — to serve.”
“My guess is that he’ll look at it and think, ‘yeah, I was so cynical and hated it.’ He has great social skills. He’s a talented manager, obviously a very successful governor, but he also is a visionary and is capable of bringing people together and building these constituencies around specific issues, which is what this building is all about,” Hickenlooper continued.
Democrats know Indiana is a ruby-red state where they have no chance of victory.
So it makes sense that Hickenlooper would cheer Daniels as the most left-wing Republican winning as the best outcome for Democrats.
Romney agreed with Hickenlooper that Daniels was a “terrific” candidate.

McConnell also declared his super PAC would spend unlimited funds supporting Daniels in a Senate primary against conservative, Trump-supporting Indiana Congressman Jim Banks.
It’s easy to see why Democrats, Romney, and McConnell see Daniels as a reliable ally for the swamp’s agenda.
Back in 2011 Daniels called for a “truce” on social issues.
What that means today is Daniels is advocating for Republicans to surrender to Democrats on groomers targeting children in classrooms to trick them into undergoing transgender surgeries, allowing biological males to play in women’s sports, forced COVID vaccination, allowing the teaching of critical race theory, and allowing taxpayer-funded abortion on demand up until birth.
In an interview with Never Trump RINO Mona Charen, Daniels agreed with Joe Biden that Trump supporters are domestic terrorists and enemies of democracy.
“I’ll just make no objections to the statements the president made. These are things that needed to be said. I think there are anti-democratic tendencies on both ends of the spectrum,” Daniels said in response to Charen’s question about Joe Biden’s speech declaring the Republican Party extremists attempting to overthrow the American government.
When Charen falsely claimed it was only Trump supporters trying to end democracy Daniels responded with “completely agree.”
Conservatives fought back against Romney, McConnell and the Democrats’ attempt to install a liberal like Daniels in the Senate.
Donald Trump Jr. blasted Daniels as “Mitt Romney 2.0.”
“The establishment is trying to recruit weak RINO Mitch Daniels to run for U.S. Senate in Indiana. The same Mitch Daniels who agreed with Joe Biden that millions of MAGA Republicans are supposedly a danger to the country & trying to ‘subvert democracy.’ He would be Mitt Romney 2.0,” Trump Jr. declared.
A primary between a RINO like Mitch Daniels and conservative Jim Banks would set up a clash for the heart and soul of the Republican Party.
