Nancy Pelosi’s hatred of President Donald Trump just reached an all-time low.
And she has no remorse.
What Pelosi just said about the President with one disgusting attack crossed the line in a way few thought was possible.
It’s no secret that Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi hates President Donald Trump.
Like the entire Democratic Party in Washington, she has made it her mission to destroy the President using any means necessary.
And while she’s drawn attacks from the leftist base of her own party who demands she immediately impeach the President even when there is no chance of removing him from office, Pelosi got back into the good graces of her party this week when she said something about Trump that crossed the line.
But with just three words, Pelosi ended up leaving all pretense of decorum behind and tarnished her own reputation with one disgusting attack on the President.
USA Today reports, “In a statement released Wednesday after controversy over Vice President Mike Pence’s stay at a Trump property in Doonbeg, Ireland, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called President Donald Trump’s properties a ‘cesspool of corruption’ and accused Trump of ‘prioritizing his profits over the interests of the American people.’”
It only took a handful of words for Nancy Pelosi to disrespect the President of the United States in a way no one thought was possible.
Even for Pelosi, these words cross a major red line.
And what’s more, it sends a signal to the rest of the Democratic Party that it is now officially open season on personally attacking the President or accusing him of corruption.
While many Democrats have already done just that, others still may not join in after being given the green light by Pelosi herself.
“Pelosi’s office presented a list of corruption allegations at Trump Organization properties, which are held in a trust managed by Trump’s sons Eric and Donald Jr. and Trump Organization trustee Allen Weisselberg. It is unknown what degree of involvement Trump has with the organization,” adds Politico.
This is a baseless accusation.
And what’s more, it’s not even true.
The Vice President himself denied what Pelosi is claiming, and for his part, President Trump is also calling Pelosi out for the insulting accusation.
And he has every right to do so.
“I don’t suggest anything,” Trump said. “I have a lot of hotels all over the place, and a lot of people use them because they’re the best.”
Pelosi’s latest attack on Trump may be an effort to shore up her left-wing base, which remains irate over the fact that the Democratic Speaker has yet to initiate impeachment proceedings against the President.
But in doing so, Pelosi ultimately made herself out to be the villain, attacking Trump for baseless charges that he is violating the Constitution simply because Vice President Pence stayed at a hotel his organization runs.
Do you think that Pelosi crossed the line with this attack on President Trump?
