Nancy Pelosi is in big trouble.
Pelosi did not want her career to end like this.
And all hell broke loose when Nancy Pelosi got caught in this disturbing picture.
Polls show Republicans growing increasingly skeptical of Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell rubber-stamping a blank check for the war in Ukraine.
A recent Marquette University Law School poll found 57 percent of Republicans and 48 percent of independents support cutting the funding for Joe Biden’s proxy war against Russia.
Many conservatives question if there is a compelling national security interest in Ukraine as well as what it means to have Ukraine operate as an American client state in terms of the financial and military implications.
Pelosi staged a photo op at the Capitol to pressure holdout conservatives to keep the money flowing by inviting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to address a joint session of Congress.
During the speech, Zelensky told Congress that the $100 billion pumped into the war against Russia was not enough and that he would demand more funding and more weapons.
At one point in the speech, Pelosi and Kamala Harris unfurled a Ukrainian flag shocking many Americans to see a foreign flag flying on the floor of the United States House of Representatives.

Conservative anger skyrocketed after RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell cut a spending deal with Pelosi on a $1.7 trillion big government budget which provided for $45 billion in Ukraine war funding but banned the government from using any of the money to secure the American border.
Even war hawks expressed opposition to the McConnell-Pelosi-Biden spending scheme.
Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy is a Fox News and National Review contributor.
McCarthy strongly supports the war in Ukraine.
But even McCarthy recognizes that the number one priority of the United States government is defending the homeland.
Right now Joe Biden’s open borders policies enabled a record illegal alien invasion on the southern border.
And in McCarthy’s latest column in National Review McCarthy stated that Republicans should not agree to any more funding for the war in Ukraine until Joe Biden secures the southern border.
In the meantime, as much as I support fighting Russian aggression, my priority is American homeland security. There are now about 8,000 illegal aliens breaching our border every day. If, consistent with the Biden administration scheme, the Supreme Court declines to rule that Title 42 should remain in place (and that could happen any moment), that daily number will be two to three times higher than 8,000. (If it were “just” 8,000, that would be close to 3 million per year — a population larger than every American city other than New York and Los Angeles.) As President Trump said, and as President Obama admitted through gritted teeth, countries must have borders — if you don’t have such borders, you don’t have a country…
…I support arming Ukraine to fight Russia. But I would enthusiastically support a bill that said not one dime for Ukraine until the border is secure. Russia is a significant threat. Not having a border is an existential threat.
Nancy Pelosi helped make this invasion possible by blocking any legislation to secure the border over the course of the last two years.
And the image of Pelosi waving around a Ukrainian flag as she supported a $1.7 trillion spending scheme that showered Ukraine with money while banning border security in America offended millions of people.
