The Democrat Party is in the worst shape it’s ever been.
President Trump has thoroughly destroyed the once-powerful Party.
And a Navy SEAL war hero just jumped in to help by humiliating a top Democrat with just four words.
There are few people who have sacrificed more for their country than Rep. Dan Crenshaw.
The first term Congressman served as a Navy SEAL for many years, having multiple deployments under his belt.
On a 2012 deployment in Afghanistan, an improvised explosive device (IED) explosion took out his right eye.
Even after that, he continued to serve, deploying two more times before retiring in 2016 with full honors.
And after his military career, he jumped into public service, getting elected to serve in Congress in 2016.
Since his win, the left has viciously attacked him, even poking fun at the eye patch he wears to cover his missing eye.
But Crenshaw is a Navy SEAL, and never let their attacks get to him.
The latest attack came from Democrat Rep. Seth Moulton, who is running for President in one of the most embarrassing campaigns yet.
In order to score political points, Moulton went after Crenshaw during a Congressional Hearing, claiming that he wants to slash benefits for seniors.
Being a coward, Moulton didn’t address his statements to Crenshaw, despite the fact he was in the room.
So instead of letting him get away with his claim unchallenged, Crenshaw jumped into the discussion.
“Mr. Moulton, I’ll help answer your question since you didn’t want to direct it at me. I don’t think this is as helpful to your presidential run as you might think,” Crenshaw stated.
“If you have to solve the problem of Social Security in a progressive way, which I think we actually agree on, what is the fairest way to do it? Do you want to increase benefits for millionaires?” he added. “That’s the essential question. And your answer to that is: Yes, you do. Some progressive. It doesn’t make sense, and it’s bad for the economy, but I know you were looking for sound bites for your failing presidential run.”
Crenshaw finished his point with four words about his campaign, “Good luck with that.”
His response hits the nail on the head exposing what Moulton was trying to do.
He doesn’t care about the issue and is instead distorting points that Crenshaw never made.
Moulton’s argument that Crenshaw wants to slash benefits for seniors comes from his opposition to the Democrat-led Social Security 2100 Act.
In the act, social security recipients gain an average of a 2% increase in their benefits.
Crenshaw’s opposition is in the fact that the majority of those benefiting are wealthy seniors, and that the money was largely harming young people trying to start and grow their careers.
He states that it is “transferring wealth from the young to the old.”
Moulton had little to say in response to Crenshaw; essentially proving exactly what Crenshaw said was right.
