The D.C. Swamp is still infuriated that Donald Trump was elected president in 2016.
He was not supposed to defeat hand-picked candidates like Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush.
And one Republican turncoat revealed the Swamp’s plan to stop Trump.
The GOP establishment never liked Donald Trump, but they had to tolerate him because he had the support of the party base.
Establishment figures simply undermined his administration, then they stabbed him in the back the first chance they could get.
Impeachment over the Capitol Hill riot was the moment when the establishment tried to vanquish Trump once and for all, but it did not work.
Trump’s political career lives on, but his Swamp enemies are still gunning for him.
Republican Adam Kinzinger admitted as much during his latest CNN appearance.
CNN host Jim Sciutto hilariously asked Kinzinger if he would run for president to which he demurred and said it wasn’t on his radar, as if he had a chance in hell.
But more importantly, Kinzinger confessed that if “Donald Trump gets the Republican nomination, there are many of us that will move heaven and earth to ensure he doesn’t win. I think that’s the most important. He cannot be president again.”
So the D.C. Swamp is prepared to “move heaven and earth” to keep Trump out of the Oval Office.
Trump has yet to announce if he’s running again in 2024, but if he does, he instantly becomes the prohibitive favorite to win the Republican nomination.
The Democrats’ favorite Republicans like Kinzinger are complete nonstarters in the party.
Illinois Democrats pushed Kinzinger into retirement when they gerrymandered his congressional district out of existence.
Trump’s term in office showed how far the establishment will go to destroy one man.
For four years, the corporate press became an open advocacy group for the left.
It’s chilling to think what Democrats and Swampy Republicans like Kinzinger will do to stop Trump.
Russiagate didn’t work, and Ukrainegate was a dud.
Impeachment over January 6th went nowhere as well.
The Democrats have already established the narrative that if Trump wins in 2024, it will be the end of democracy.
They’re laying the foundation to stop Trump by any means necessary.
They will “move heaven and earth” to keep Trump out of power.
Big Tech is already on board.
They banned him from every single platform after January 6th.
Platforms can’t even interview Trump without the social media giants dropping the hammer on whoever talks to him.
The Nelk Boys, who are affiliated with UFC president and long-time Trump friend Dana White, had their interview at Mar-a-Lago with Trump pulled down from YouTube after it had racked up millions of views in 24 hours.
Trump’s CPAC speech was also nuked from YouTube.
Social media was an effective weapon used by Trump so well.
He will have to rely on his own platform, Truth Social, to get his message out digitally.
Anyone counting out Trump is not reading the room correctly.
