The Biden administration announced a scheme to ban flavored e-cigarettes from Juul.

The Food and Drug Administration is preparing to order Juul Labs Inc. to take its e-cigarettes off the U.S. market, according to people familiar with the matter.
The FDA could announce its decision as early as this week, the people said. The marketing denial order would follow a nearly two-year review of data presented by the vaping company, which sought authorization for its tobacco- and menthol-flavored products to stay on the U.S. market.
Vaping is a popular activity for Americans looking to wean themselves off nicotine and quit smoking.
One prominent vaper is Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity.

Fox News reporter Trace Gallagher filled Hannity in on the Biden administration’s plan to ban Juul e-cigarettes.
“Juul has been trying to get on the right side of regulators by limiting its marketing and banning mango, mint, other sweet flavors,” Gallagher told Hannity. “The company even suggested a vaping device that can only be unlocked if you’re 21.”
Hannity exploded announcing that if Biden went forward with his Juul ban then Hannity would vape on live TV and dare Biden to arrest him.
“They ban it, and I’ll do it live on TV and they can come and arrest me. How’s that?” Hannity told viewers.
Hannity ripped Democrat mayors for decriminalizing hard drugs at a time when Biden wants to ban vaping.
“Now, while the Biden FDA wants people to stop vaping, many Democratic-run cities and states, they have no problem decriminalizing even hard drugs, even as overdose deaths are spiking,” Hannity continued.
New York City – under the leadership of supposed “tough on crime” Mayor Eric Adams – ran advertisements on the subways encouraging residents on a “safe” way to shoot up heroin.

The Democrat Party’s priorities and values are out of whack with those of the general public.
Public polling data showing Joe Biden’s approval rating sinking and Republicans leading Democrats on the 2022 generic ballot make that clear.
And there may be no more clear illustration of this than the Biden administration banning a safe alternative to nicotine at the same time the Democrat mayor of the nation’s largest city runs ads instructing residents on how to best shoot up heroin.
