Sean Hannity has been one of Joe Biden’s loudest critics.
But now Hannity offered Biden some advice no one saw coming.
And Sean Hannity told Joe Biden to make the phone call he never thought possible.
Sean Hannity’s immediate reaction to Joe Biden’s primetime address was to point out how Biden went out of his way to be divisive.
Biden never mentioned Operation Warp Speed or thanked Donald Trump for the program that Trump oversaw which helped create the vaccines Biden is now claiming credit for as they end the coronavirus pandemic.
Hannity suggested that if Biden was really serious about his message of unity, Biden would call Donald Trump and thank Donald Trump for Operation Warp Speed as well as the development of other life-saving therapeutics and the ramping up of testing.
“He needs to pick up the phone, I suggest, and just call Mara-a-Lago and yeah, bring unity to the country he says he desperately wants by (sic) thanking Donald Trump because a few moments ago he tried to take credit for everything that Donald Trump did on Covid-19. Three vaccines: Thanks to Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed,” Hannity told his audience.
In his speech, Biden angered many Americans by lying during his speech about Donald Trump’s response to the pandemic.
“A year ago, we were hit with a virus that was met with silence and spread unchecked, denials for days, weeks then months — that led to more deaths, more infections, more stress, and more loneliness,” Biden falsely claimed.
None of that is true.
Donald Trump banned travel from China in January, delivered a speech in early March on the pandemic and authorized Operation Warp Speed to deliver a vaccine in the quickest time period in human history.
Biden’s trying to rewrite history to exclude Trump from credit for the multiple coronavirus vaccines filtered down to his underlings.
During a recent White House press briefing, press secretary Jen Psaki refused to credit Trump for the vaccine and even dismissed claims by NBC’s left-wing reporter Peter Alexander that former President Trump was owed any congratulations over the success of Operation Warp Speed.
“Of course it is, but I would say that Americans are looking for facts, details, they’re looking for specifics, and I don’t think they’re worried too much about applause from six months ago when the president has already delivered that publicly,” Psaki said.
Instead, Psaki repeated the lie that the vaccine infrastructure was not in place when Biden took office in January.
That falsehood was easily debunked by the fact that by January 20, the Trump administration was already vaccinating on average around one million Americans per day, which is the pace Joe Biden set as his goal for his first 100 days in office.
