Donald Trump was running out of time to contest the results of the 2020 election.
But then all hell broke loose.
And this senator revealed his plan to stop Joe Biden from stealing the election.
On January 6 both houses of Congress will meet for a joint session to certify the results of the Electoral College.
This is the last real chance to prevent the results of what Trump supporters believe is a fraudulent election from becoming official.
But to force a vote on the results, a senator must object.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is pressuring Republicans to roll over and begin to help Biden in passing his socialist agenda and confirming his un-American Cabinet nominees.
However, incoming Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville is telling grassroots activists that he will object to certification of the votes in key swing states.
“Well, you see what’s coming,” Tuberville explained. “You’ve been reading about it in the House. We’re going to have to — we’re going to have to do it in the Senate.”
Alabama Congressman Mo Brooks has led the effort to enlist a senator to object to the Electoral College results because Brooks believes President Trump is the rightful winner of the 2020 election.
In an interview, Brooks detailed his effort to recruit a senator to join conservatives in the House of Representatives and file an objection.
“There’s some competition over who gets to object to which states. Then we need one Senator, and if that happens, that triggers a two-hour debate to each state that is objected to, followed by a House floor vote and a Senate floor vote on whether to accept or reject the electoral returns of that particular state that has been objected to.
“I’m providing the House objectors. The question is simple: Will there be a Senator who is willing to stand up for our country and the election system that is the bedrock of any republic in order fight this voter fraud and election theft, or are you going to do like some of our surrender caucus members want us to do — just give and say, ‘That’s the way it goes. They stole it fair and square. We’re outgunned. We’re not going to fight.’ I don’t believe in surrendering. I believe in fighting for our country.”
Other House conservatives like Andy Biggs and Marjorie Taylor Greene intend to join Brooks in objecting to the Electoral College results.
Now the fate of their effort rests on if a Senator will join them.
Kentucky Republican Rand Paul sounded like he was interested in this cause and went so far during a hearing to state that fraud took place in the election.
And now Tommy Tuberville took the most concrete step toward filing this objection.
