The criminal investigation into Hunter Biden’s dragged on for two years.
Many Americans are wondering why there is radio silence surrounding this case.
And now the FBI just did something to Hunter Biden that no one saw coming.
The Washington Post set off a political earthquake by reporting that the FBI agents investigating Hunter Biden believe they put together a slam dunk case against Biden on tax evasion and for making false statements on a federal firearms background check form.
“Federal agents investigating President Biden’s son Hunter have gathered what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge him with tax crimes and a false statement related to a gun purchase, according to people familiar with the case. The next step is for the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, a Trump administration holdover, to decide on whether to file such charges, these people said,” the Washington Post reported.
But this story also set off alarm bells.
Miranda Devine of the New York Post – who broke the initial laptop story – in 2020 wrote that the Post’s reporting made it clear that U.S. Attorney in Delaware David Weiss was on the verge of cutting Hunter Biden a sweetheart deal.
Devine pointed out that there was no mention on money laundering or operating as an unregistered lobbyist for a foreign government.
Those charges could implicate Joe Biden in Hunter Biden’s schemes.
And there is reason to believe evidence exists of Joe Biden’s complicity.
Former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski told Tucker Carlson that when the FBI interviewed him in October 2020 agents were stunned at what Bobulinski told them about Joe Biden compromising American national security if he were to serve as president due to his involvement in Hunter Biden’s deals.
“I would say something and you could just see the shock in their face and they would say, let’s take a minute, they’d get up and walk out of the room, and the agents would sort of convene and then come back and restart the interview. Because these facts are just for the sake of our country, for national security, at that point, he was candidate Joe Biden, now he’s the sitting President of the United States, the most powerful person in the free world, and daunting,” Bobulinski stated.
Devine wrote that FBI agents leaked to the Post out of fear that Weiss would not indict Biden and they wanted to get out ahead of that development by laying out the case for Hunter Biden’s criminal behavior.
“They want the scalp [and] they’re putting Weiss in a box. He’s in a horrible, horrible spot. The case has been going for four years and nothing has happened with it … They’ve investigated [Hunter] thoroughly … These people have tried to find everything. These are Trump prosecutors,” Devine reported.
“If it was going well, they would have indicted Hunter. You can indict a ham sandwich … They are trying to back Weiss into a corner by leaking [to] set the table for if [Hunter] does get exonerated — they get this s–t out there. So when Weiss looks at the decision and decides not to prosecute, they’ve gotten out in front of it with all this smoke,” Devine added.
