The Democrats are scrambling to field a candidate to take on Donald Trump.
Winning the Presidential Election is the only thing Democrats care about.
And you won’t believe which top Democrat just threw in the towel on 2020.
Black Entertainment Founder Robert Johnson is a lifelong Democrat.
But Johnson is not a radical leftist and has sometimes endorsed Republicans.
In an interview with CNBC, Johnson discussed the state of affairs in the 2020 race and shocked viewers by stating no Democrat currently in the field could defeat Donald Trump next November.
“If you take a snapshot today, I don’t think that group is capable of beating Donald Trump, despite what the polls say,” Johnson stated.
“I think the president has always been in a position where it’s his to lose,” Johnson added.
Johnson explained that the Democrat primary field lurched too far to the left to court left-wing voters and in doing so wrote off the political center of the country.
“I do not see anybody in the Democratic primary race today that is enough in the center where I believe most of the voters are, and particularly where most African Americans are,” Johnson concluded.
The Democrats’ march to the left is most stark in three areas: healthcare, immigration, and race.
Democrats such as Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders initially set the pace for the field with their support for a $20 trillion dollar communist scheme to ban private health insurance for 180 million Americans and herd everyone into a government-run program.
Political support for the proposal collapsed after Americans learned of the tax increases necessary to support this takeover, but the damage was done.
Democrats branded themselves as the party of government-run healthcare.
Similarly, on immigration, Democrats embraced open borders when nine candidates on stage during a primary debate raised their hands to indicate support for free taxpayer-funded healthcare for illegal aliens.
Numerous candidates also championed rolling out the red carpet for illegal aliens by eliminating criminal penalties for the act of illegal immigration.
Finally, on race, Democrats moved toward supporting reparations for slavery to black Americans.
These radical proposals – combined with the strength of the Trump economic boom – led Johnson to state that President Trump stood as the clear favorite in the 2020 election.
The fake and corrupt news media – as well as many Democrats – were shocked by this analysis.
Liberals hung their hat on meaningless hypothetical horse race polls that showed President Trump losing to his main Democrat challengers.
But those polls so far out from an election hold no validity.
Donald Trump is running for re-election with the wind at his back.
That’s because President Trump presides over an economic boom and is working to end foreign wars instead of launching military conflicts.
Historically those two factors lead to incumbent Presidents winning re-election.
President Trump’s peace and prosperity message combined with the Democrats’ radical shift are why political players like Robert Johnson mark President Trump as the favorite next November.
