There are few people the deep state fear more Trey Gowdy.
He knows exactly how to shine a light on their corruption in a way that nobody else does.
And Gowdy just pointed out one fact that destroyed their entire anti-Trump agenda.
Last week the anti-Trump establishment was rocked when FBI agent Peter Strzok’s was forced to face the House Judiciary Committee in a hearing related around his involvement in Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.
Strzok was barraged with a laundry-list of questions exposing his bias and corruption.
Strzok became the poster-child for anti-Trump bias in the FBI after being caught exchanging anti-Trump text messages with his extramarital lover, and FBI agent Lisa Page.
These texts were sent while he was serving as a lead investigator looking into Hillary Clinton’s private email server, and while he was serving on Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.
To any reasonable person this was a clear-cut case of bias being held by a government bureaucrat; but to Strzok, it wasn’t a big deal and shouldn’t be a cause for alarm. He believes that despite the fact that he was fired from his position on Mueller’s investigation because of the text messages.
This didn’t sit well with House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, who spent most of his time during the Strzok hearing grilling the FBI agent on his bias. Even after the hearing ended, Gowdy has not slowed down in his criticism of Strzok.
While speaking to Sean Hannity, Gowdy continued to push on the fact that Strzok had a clear bias during his time at the FBI. Gowdy took things a step further and contended that everybody in America knows he was biased, and that Strzok himself is the only person who believes otherwise.
He pointed out that everyone in America can clearly understand just how “detrimental” his text messages would be to any serious investigation. The only reason that Strzok believes otherwise is that he is trying to save himself from a world of trouble.
Gowdy’s point gets right to the center of the reason for last week’s hearing. The point of the hearing was not to change Strzok’s mind, but rather to prove to the American people just how biased he was, and in turn how biased the entire Russia investigation is.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize the Russia investigation is entirely politically motivated. Throughout the entire investigation the only Americans indicted for any crimes were indicted for crimes unrelated to the 2016 election.
And when Robert Mueller finally began indicting people for crimes related to collusion during the 2016 election, it was twelve Russians with no connection to Donald Trump.
When the indictments were released Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein even admitted that none of the twelve were connected to any Americans in any way.
But that didn’t matter to the media, who instead pushed a narrative designed to make the American people think that Trump colluded with Russians to win the 2016 election.
Do you think Trump colluded with Russia to help him win the 2016 election?
