Donald Trump’s enemies are lurking in the shadows constantly hunting around for new methods to end his presidency.
They dig through every tweet, public statement and executive action to fabricate crimes they can use to demand Congress impeach the President.
But now the last person Trump ever expected accused him of a sick crime that is very bad news.
Donald Trump got fed up with sitting silently while Robert Mueller led a coup to remove him from office.
He went on the offense and bombarded Mueller with near-daily tweets assailing the special counsel’s corrupt behavior in running a rigged witch hunt.
Mueller knows the Russian collusion investigation is based on a hoax.
So he terrorized Trump associates with perjury traps so he could nail them with charges for making false statements.
Once the threat of years behind bars was hanging over their heads, Mueller moved in for the kill.
He pressured witnesses like Paul Manafort, Michael Cohen and Jerome Corsi to fabricate testimony implicating Trump in a conspiracy to collaborate with Moscow on a scheme to sway the 2016 election in his favor.
The President called out Mueller for this unethical – and some say criminal conduct – by praising his friend of 40 years Roger Stone who pledged to never testify against Trump despite Mueller trying to frame Stone for colluding with WikiLeaks.
Trump tweeted:
I will never testify against Trump.’ This statement was recently made by Roger Stone, essentially stating that he will not be forced by a rogue and out of control prosecutor to make up lies and stories about ‘President Trump.’ Nice to know that some people still have ‘guts!’
Anti-Trump forces seized on the President’s tweet to lob more baseless allegations of criminal conduct against the President.
White House aide Kellyanne Conway’s husband George – who is part of a backstabbing group of Republican lawyers dedicated to taking down the President – accused Trump of witness tampering.
Conway tweeted:
“Witness tampering: File under ’18 U.S.C. §§ 1503, 1512,’”
Former Obama acting solicitor general Neal Katyal backed up Conway.
He also accused Trump of witness tampering.
Katyal tweeted:
George is right. This is genuinely looking like witness tampering. DOJ (at least with a nonfake AG) prosecutes cases like these all the time. The fact it’s done out in the open is no defense. Trump is genuinely melting down, and no good lawyer can represent him under these circs
The Deep State and other rogue actors are trying to create parallels to Watergate in order to force Trump from office.
President Richard Nixon was forced to resign when the “smoking gun” White House tape recording implicated Nixon in the cover-up scheme to pay the burglars hush money to maintain their silence.
That was a clear cut case of obstruction of justice.
Robert Mueller is trying to pin the same crime on Trump.
But he knows that what he has – Trump firing then FBI Director James Comey – doesn’t come anywhere near the standard for obstruction of justice.
So they need to create new illegal actions by Trump in order to frame him for this crime.
That’s why Conway and other Trump haters are running with this ridiculous allegation of witness tampering.
It’s just more chum to throw in the water for when the Democrats take over the House.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
