During Trump’s first two years, his administration saw a lot of shake ups.
But it has been rather stable as of late.
That was until Trump made his biggest administration shake up yet.
The deep state has been gunning for positions within Trump’s administration since the day he took office.
From the inside they are able to resist him.
In fact, that’s exactly what happened when he announced the removal of former CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearance only for those on the inside to resist.
But while there have been many not loyal to the president, there are those who have been loyal since day one.
Among them is Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who is his longest serving Press Secretary.
Sanders has been the tough voice taking on the media every single day.
Even with hostile reporters like CNN’s Jim Acosta constantly attacking her, she has continued on giving them the latest news from the White House, and dispelling their fake news agenda.
But her time in the White House is coming to an end after President Trump announced she is leaving her post at the end of the month.
The announcement came first on his Twitter page.
“After [three-and-a-half] years, our wonderful Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be leaving the White House at the end of the month and going home to the Great State of Arkansas,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “She is a very special person with extraordinary talents, who has done an incredible job!”
Trump also followed the tweet up with a press conference where he lauded the great work from Sanders.
And he hinted at the possibility that Sanders will run for governor of Arkansas now that she’s leaving.
“If we can get her to run for the governor of Arkansas, I think she’ll do very well,” Trump said. “And I’m trying to get her to do that.”
That’s certainly a possibility, considering that Sanders’ father, Mike Huckabee served as Governor of Arkansas as well.
And there are rumors flowing that she has discussed the possibility of running for public office for some time.
But all that is known right now is that she is excited about spending more time with her family.
She told reporters that the only job that might be better than the one she has now is her job as a mom, and that she can’t wait to spend more time with her three kids.
“The only one I can think of that might top it just a little bit is the fact that I’m a mom,” Sanders said. “I have three amazing kids. I’m going to spend a little more time with them.”
So that may be exactly where she wants to be.
But if she does choose to run for Governor, she clearly now has the name recognition, and media contacts she needs to do so.
