The leftist media wants to silence conservative voices that expose their insanity.
And they’ll use despicable tactics to get what they want.
Tucker Carlson exposed a terrible piece of abuse the mainstream media committed.
Taylor Lorenz, a reporter at The Washington Post and formerly of The New York Times, doxxed the woman behind a Twitter account known as “Libs of TikTok.”
In a hit piece published Tuesday by The Washington Post, Lorenz accused Libs of TikTok of “spreading anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment” and of using “QAnon-related language” in the past.
On Tuesday night Tucker Carlson spoke to the account’s creator, who joined Tucker by phone, on his Fox News show to discuss how the report has affected her life.
“These past few days have been very chaotic and overwhelming,” she told the Fox News host. “I had to make some travel plans really fast.
“I’m now in a location where I don’t think anyone would find me,” the Libs of TikTok creator continued, echoing a tweet she put out earlier on Tuesday saying she was “holed up in a safe location” and thanking her followers for their support.
Despite having her identity revealed because of the WaPo article the Libs of TikTok creator said she was not intimidated and wasn’t planning to stop posting.
“I think that what I’m doing is very effective, and I think that a lot of people wanted to shut me down. They wanted to intimidate me into silence. And unfortunately for them, that’s just never gonna happen,” Libs of TikTok told Carlson.
The Washington Post issued a statement in defense of Lorenz while using Libs of TikTok’s name.
“Taylor Lorenz is an accomplished and diligent journalist whose reporting methods comport entirely with The Washington Post’s professional standards,” Post senior managing editor Cameron Barr said in the statement. “Libs of TikTok… has had significant impact on public discourse and her identity had become public knowledge on social media. We do not publish or link to any details about her personal life.”
Washington Post gave her full name, the city where she lived and originally linked to her professional license listing which had her home address.
Just the week before, Lorenz cried on MSNBC and claimed to be suffering from “severe PTSD” from the online harassment she has experienced.
“You feel like any little piece of information that gets out on you will be used by the worst people on the internet to destroy your life and it’s so isolating,” an emotional Lorenz told MSNBC earlier this month. “It’s horrifying… It’s overwhelming.”
Even after doxxing the woman behind Libs of TikTok who had to flee her home, Taylor Lorenz still believes that she is the victim.
“The amount of insane stuff that’s happened over the past 24hrs has been unbelievable. It’s eye opening to see how sophisticated & vicious these coordinated attacks have become. I’m grateful to work at a company that takes these issues seriously and is supportive. I’m doing great!” she posted to Twitter.
