Democrats want as many illegal aliens living in America for reason.
It’s not good at all.
And Democrats want to let illegal aliens vote in this key election.
As American media watchdog reports:
At the end of his term, former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio approved a law that would have allowed 800,000 noncitizens to vote in New York City elections.
Current Mayor Eric Adams didn’t issue a veto, so the bill became law.
The language in the statute in question read “every citizen shall be entitled to vote at every election for all officers elected by the people.”
The City argued noncitizens – including illegal aliens – were taxpayers and thus entitled to impose their political will on Americans.
“In five City Council districts, non-U.S. citizens make up about a third of the adult population,” the city’s legal filing defending the law read. “These New Yorkers pay billions in taxes and yet have no say in local policies on public safety, garbage collection, or housing — all matters that affect their day-to-day lives.”
Even New York’s notoriously liberal courts weren’t about to allow the Democrat Party to hijack democracy by allowing illegal aliens to vote.
The court said the language was so broad that it invited literal universal voting.
“Under that interpretation, municipalities are free to enact legislation that would enable anyone to vote – including … thirteen-year-old children,” Chief Judge Rowan Wilson wrote in his majority opinion.
The state constitution clearly banned illegal aliens from voting.
“It is plain from the language and restrictions contained in [the state constitution] that ‘citizen’ is not meant as a floor, but as a condition of voter eligibility: the franchise extends only to citizens whose right to vote is established by proper proofs,” Wilson added.
Republicans breathed a sigh of relief at the decision.
“We file some lawsuits that are stretches,” former Republican minority leader of the New York City Councilman Joe Borelli declared. “This one was, from the beginning, an open-shut case.”
“As the court had held from the very beginning, the law is clear that voting is a sacred right that is for United States citizens,” Staten Island Assemblyman Michael Tannousis added. “As the son of immigrants that came to New York for the American dream and worked hard to become naturalized citizens, I am content with today’s ruling.”
Elon Musk said one reason he endorsed Donald Trump for president was because Democrats wanted to make illegal aliens voters which meant the country would be lost forever.
The media falsely claimed this was a lie.
And Democrats in New York tried to make it a reality.
