Senator Adam Schiff was in for a rude awakening.
All his years attacking President Trump didn’t turn out like he had hoped.
And Adam Schiff got a reality check that hit him like a ton of bricks.
Adam Schiff Has Reverted Back to Divisive Political Tactics
The last thing America needs right now is more divisive politicians.
And surprisingly, for about a month or two after winning his Senate seat, it seemed like Adam Schiff was maybe toning it down.
Schiff seemed somewhat magnanimous over the Democrats’ defeat at the hands of Trump even if he still emphasized his disagreements with him.
But not long after Trump was sworn in, Schiff ramped up his divisive attacks once again.
And conservatives have taken notice of it.
During the CPAC conference last week, Schiff polled as one of the biggest threats to the GOP and the United States as a whole.
CPAC Attendees Rate Him the Biggest Threat to the U.S.
According to Newsmax, “In the Conservative Political Action Conference straw poll, participants chose Sen. Adam Schiff of California and California Gov. Gavin Newsom as the two Democrats who pose the greatest threats to the U.S. and the GOP.”
“As CPAC closes out its final day, attendees were asked various questions about the state of the Republican Party and the republic in general. When asked who was the greatest threat to the U.S., 19% of those polled chose Schiff, 16% chose Newsom, and 15% chose House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.”
“Newsom was also named the politician whom GOP voters fear the most headed into the 2026 presidential primary season, taking 24% of the vote. Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro polled at 22% and former first lady Michelle Obama at 14%. Former Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who were running mates in 2024, polled at 3% and 1% respectively.”
Schiff’s rhetoric – and whatever he’s hoping to accomplish with it – is not stopping President Trump from carrying out any of his campaign promises.
And it’s not helping Schiff pass the legislation his constituents are likely hoping he will.
All it’s doing is driving a wedge between liberals and conservatives and these poll results show that.
