Jeanine Pirro’s job as assistant U.S. Attorney for D.C. put her at the tip of the spear for President Trump’s plan to restore law and order.
Pirro faced her toughest case in office.
And Judge Jeanine saw one jaw-dropping video that left her no choice.

Michigan Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin told the New York Times that United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro placed her under criminal investigation.
“Ms. Slotkin, a Democrat, said in an interview on Monday that she found out about the inquiry from the office of Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia and a longtime ally of President Trump’s. In an email sent to the Senate’s sergeant-at-arms, Ms. Pirro’s office requested an interview with the senator or her private counsel,” the Times reported.
Slotkin created this mess with a video posted to social media where she and five other Democrats urged members of the military to defy President Trump.
“We want to speak directly to members of the Military and the Intelligence Community. The American people need you to stand up for our laws and our Constitution. Don’t give up the ship,” Slotkin wrote as a caption to the video on social media.
In the video, Slotkin and her fellow Democrats returned to that theme of “right the ship” in urging members of the military disobey “unlawful orders” from President Trump.
“Right now, the threats to our constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear: You can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders,” the Democrats in the video said before adding that they would support anyone who broke ranks, adding that, “We have your back.”
“Don’t give up the ship,” the Democrats added at the end of the video.
President Trump slammed Slotkin and the other Democrats as “seditious” for attempting to undermine his authority as Commander-in-Chief.
“It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand – We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET. President DJT,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The Democrats in the video never identified which orders Trump may give or has given that are illegal.
And the clear implication Trump and many of his supporters took from the video is that the Democrats consider Trump an illegitimate President whose every order is illegal, creating a situation where Democrats want the troops to decide for themselves which orders they will obey.
That’s a recipe for mutiny, which is why Slotkin is under investigation.
